JOB SUMMARY: Banquet Servers are responsible for positive Guest interactions while serving Guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. Exposure to hazardous chemicals in a controlled environment. ____________ Responsibilities: Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by management or supervisors.
