Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages. Ensure compliance with local health department regulations and Cogir senior living standards. Requirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education and certificates: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. A Food Handler Card with an understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes is a plus. Experience, Competencies, and Skills: At least 6-12 months of experience in a serving, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus. Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
