Install, troubleshoot and/or repair plant electrical equipment which will include but not be limited to:
Interior and exterior lighting (120V, 277V, 480V)
Electrical distribution & motor control systems up to 480V AC
Three phase motors up to 480V
Control circuits and equipment (PLC's, sensors, etc) utilizing voltages of 24VDC or 120VAC.
Assist contractor services with maintenance of plant fire and security systems.
Install necessary conduit, wiring and industrial electrical components.
Perform and ensure integrity of Preventative Maintenance (PM's) on applicable sitewide electrical equipment.
Gather and analyze technical data and recommend needed repairs or modifications on production electrical equipment. Update electrical drawings for equipment modifications. (ie. red line drawings).
Establish or modify work procedures including PM's to meet the demands of the site.
Make recommendations to improve maintenance and production operations.
Create corrective work notifications in SAP for all production equipment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with 5 years commercial or industrial (preferred) electrical experience OR Associate/Technical degree or apprenticeship completion in a related Industrial Electrical Maintenance field .
Experience in operating aerial manlifts & working at heights up to 50'.
Experience in the fabrication and installation of galvanized rigid conduit.
