We are looking for an Electrical and Instrumentation Mechanic to Support our Advanced Material & Chemicals division in Rochester, NY.
Electrician & Instrumentation skilled trade service to provide multi-discipline capability to repair, maintain, install and make improvements on film manufacturing equipment, complex processing equipment, chemical processing equipment, building general systems (includes instrumentation, pneumatics, hydraulics, controls (PLC's & distributed control systems (DCS), and a wide range of electrical components)
Ability to calibrate process control instruments tight tolerances using sophisticated calibration equipment.
Ability to achieve a high level of expertise to effectively troubleshooting and repair equipment, including root cause analysis.
Some experience or expertise in mechanical, piping, HVAC equipment and controls.
Includes maintenance of motors, breakers, starters, variable speed drives, process controls devices, heat tracing, lighting, etc.
Calibrate, alignment and make adjustments with test equipment and measurement equipment.
Installation of conduit, wiring, switches, relays, lighting, circuit breakers using power tools and hand tools
Install upgrades to enhance or replace outdated control systems.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Data entry and report writing including ISO documentation.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance software tools.

Basic knowledge of hand tools and electrical equipment
Ability to work safely in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
