Position Summary
Under the direction of the Versiti Supervisor Transportation, executes standard processes and policies for transportation courier services including blood product hospital deliveries and returns, donor center and mobile blood pick-ups, supply deliveries, distribution site transfers, Diagnostic Lab sample pick-ups, Pharmacy deliveries, and Donor Testing Lab tube deliveries, in a safe and timely fashion while meeting customer expectations and complying with applicable regulatory standards.

The CDL Truck Driver loads linen carts on trucks and trailers and delivers the product to our customers in a timely manner. Most importantly and without exception, the CDL Truck Driver operates within the legal speed limits and in a safe fashion at all times.
The ideal candidate has:
A valid driver's license and a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A
Minimum of 1 year of experience driving a tractor trailer
Meets all DOT requirements.
Is physically able to perform the duties of this position.
Candidates must be able to drive nights, holidays, and weekends.
Strong communication and customer service skills required.
