Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Northern California. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of scheduling experience in the commercial construction industry, preferably with a general contractor.
Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and logistics.
Ability to interpret construction documents, specifications, and contracts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with subcontractors.

3-8 years relevant experience

Understanding of Earned Value Management System
Self Sufficient in Document Control and Office software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office
Self Sufficient in scheduling software's, including but not limited to Primavera 6, or MSP
Compensation: In addition to base pay, eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Creating and managing case files using proprietary case management systems.
Reviewing CT scans to ensure compliance with Mako Surgical protocol.
Segmenting CT scans into 3D anatomical bone models using specialized medical imaging software
Creating pre-operative surgical plans for robot-assisted total hip and knee replacements.
Reviewing anatomical segmentation and surgical plans for accuracy, including landmark identification, implant sizing, and positioning.
Uploading completed surgical plans to field-based representatives.
Documenting all activities in accordance with department procedures and standards.
Following standardized work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
Supporting customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and providing timely updates to relevant teams.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet maintenance and pre-operative planning goals.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience or equivalent education (Associate's degree or higher).
