Position Summary The Inventory & Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in supporting Goldkine's supply chain operations, focusing on inventory management and order fulfillment across both medical and recreational cannabis product lines. This position is hands-on and team-oriented, requiring close coordination with the Inventory Manager and Order Fulfillment to ensure efficient, compliant, and accurate product handling. The ideal candidate has a background in supply chain or inventory, working knowledge of METRC, and is comfortable driving to support deliveries and inventory transfers when needed. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Assist with receiving, storing, organizing, and tracking all cannabis products. Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage and vault areas. Perform routine inventory audits (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile discrepancies. Separate and label Medical and Recreational products in accordance with regulations. Monitor stock levels and report low or overstocked items to the Inventory Manager. Report any quality, labeling, or packaging issues. Order Fulfillment Support Order Fulfillment Lead in preparing and fulfilling in-store and online orders. Ensure orders are packed accurately and in compliance with batch-specific regulations. Restock shelves and return abandoned orders to proper inventory. Confirm that products are correctly listed and available for online ordering. Deliver inventory or product orders locally as required. Compliance & System Tasks Operate within METRC for product intake, transfers, adjustments, and waste manifests. Use Excel sheets & Odoo to manage inventory, fulfill orders, and update product listings. Support digital transfers between vaults and licenses as directed. Assist with maintaining accurate and compliant product records and manifests. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Background in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management required. Valid driver's license with clean driving record; must be comfortable driving for deliveries. Experience with METRC required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured SOPs. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year experience in cannabis retail, inventory, or fulfillment. Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo or other platforms) Knowledge of Michigan Cannabis Control Commission regulations. Prior experience working in a regulated or fast-paced supply chain environment. Work Environment Physically active role in secure storage, vault, and back-of-house environments. May require local driving for product deliveries or supply runs. Flexible schedule and occasional extended hours may be required. **Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
