The Project Manager is responsible for cost estimates and general operational oversight of various transmission and distribution electrical construction projects.

Essential Functions
Prepare project construction schedules
Submit “Requests for Information” to clients
Manage day-to-day activities of assigned projects
Act as the main point-of-contact for project personnel
Coordinate meetings, schedule updates, submit deliverables, and address outstanding open items as requested by clients
Prepare look-ahead documents and weekly, monthly progress reports and billing information
Review and monitor job costs versus budgets
Report regularly to the management team
Prepare complete cost estimates (labor and material) for projects within set deadlines
Perform field take-offs/evaluations for estimate preparation
Participate in the estimate review process with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare bills of material and other information for use by purchasing
Prepare complete labor and material cost estimates
Schedule and attend field walk-downs with customers, subcontractors, and construction personnel to understand and determine constructability requirements
Compare various project documents for accuracy and consistency
Assist in the preparation and submission of change orders
Coordinate closely with project management
Assist construction personnel throughout the project lifecycle in tracking and understanding basis of cost estimate
Regular and predictable attendance

About You:
Qualifications
3+ years of project management and estimating experience in the electrical industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledgeable with specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time/cost/labor estimates for projects and services
Knowledgeable of the N.E.C. and all relevant local codes
Able to read and understand civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, etc. plans and specifications to include blueprints, proposals and other documents as they relate to electrical work
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Proficient with estimating software such as Accubid or equivalent
Ability to prepare construction schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
Team player who is able to successfully work with diverse internal and external partners
Self-driven with the ability to stay on-task for extended periods of time

Summary:

The Clinical Director will directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in his/her assigned center. The incumbent in this role is accountable for maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his/her assigned center, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties (amount dependent on number of direct reports). The remainder of their time is allocated to leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. The allocation of time is dependent on several factors, including PCP capacity, market needs, size of centers, patient membership, and Market Clinical Director direction.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Independently provides care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses encountered in older adult patients.
Takes full accountability for patient care and outcomes and appropriately seeks consultation from specialists when needed, though will still stay involved in, and be responsible for, the detailed care of the patient.
Engages with the hospitalist whenever one of their patients is in the hospital (regardless of whether the hospitalist works for ChenMed or not).
Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination and documentation for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs.
Leads their care team consisting of care promoter (medical assistant), care facilitator, and care coordinator for patients able to come to the office.
For patients that are unable to come to the office-in hospital, SNF, LTC or homebound, engages with the transitional care team and others including case managers, acute and transitional-care physicians, and other resources that may be available depending on the market.
Leads Super Huddle (SH) and Transforming Care Meeting (TCM) weekly, as well as supports Center Manager/Center General Manager center clinical leader and/or market clinical leader is not available, based on guidance from Market Chief Medical Officer. Fills in as needed for center clinical leadership needs, including monitoring daily center census as part of joint center accountability for outcomes.
Plays an active role in the management of their center and helps cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. It is also expected that each Clinical Director will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and recruiting and interviewing additional providers for the company.
Managing, mentoring and coaching PCPs in his/her assigned center to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes, including sampling other PCP's daily huddles within their center
Leadership rounding with the PCPs (reduced involvement of market clinical leader)
Partnering with Center Operations Director/Market General Manager to drive continued improvement of center financial performance, and helping increase center membership

Job Profile Summary
The Intensive Community Care Manager (ICCM) is a Registered Nurse (RN) who works with our highest complexity patients, their primary care physicians, and other members of the care team that provides hyperfocus case management and field nursing interventions to prevent unnecessary hospital arrivals, keep patients engaged in our intensive primary care model and maximize their healthy time at home.
The Intensive Community Managers (ICCMs) will serve as a clinical lead for the Complex Care Team. This professional will also provide clinical supervision to other team members in delivering the plan of care and in other tasks necessary to meet their needs and engage them in care. As a clinical leader for the team, this person will also be deeply involved in prioritizing team efforts and may also become the direct supervisor for some team members. The Intensive Community Manager works in partnership with the PCPs to draft personalized care plans that address patient's immediate needs that cause a risk for unnecessary hospital arrivals.

Provides in-house, at facility, and telephonic visits to patients at high-risk for hospital admission and re-admission (as identified by CM Plan) with the main goal of preventing unnecessary hospital arrivals for patients that have consented to the program and after successfully completed full course of program.
Provides home visits to perform field nursing interventions, assess patient, and the development of care plan to identify the goals, barriers, and interventions that will be addressing during the follow up patient visits. Performs clinical, fall prevention, and social determination of Heath screening (SdoH) assessments to include disease-oriented assessment and monitoring, medication monitoring, health education and self-care instructions in the outpatient in home setting.
Performs home field nursing interventions that have been agreed by PCP, Center Leadership, and Complex Care Leadership that would prevent hospital arrival. Such intervention may include taking vital signs, weighing patient, appropriate one time visits ordered by PCP and reviewed by the Manager for approval, and others as determined in Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
Coordinate the Plan of Care:
Conducts/coordinates initial case management assessment of patients to determine outpatient needs and obtains patients consent to program.
Ensures individual plan of care reflects patient needs and services available in the community or review of their benefits.
Completes individual plan of care intervention with patients, family/care giver and care team members with a focus of incremental actions that will prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.
Assesses the environment of care, e.g., safety and security. Conduct fall risk assessment as needed.
Assesses the caregiver's capacity and willingness to provide care.
Assesses and educations patient and caregiver educational needs.
Coordinates, reports, documents and follows-up on multidisciplinary team meetings serving as host or lead for those conversations as needed.
Helps patients navigate health care systems, connecting them with community resources; orchestrates multiple facets of health care delivery and assists with administrative and logistical tasks.
Coordinates the delivery of services to effectively address patient needs.

Summary:

Network Operations Center Engineer
$15 per hour job in Ashland, VA
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of Network Operations Center or comparable technology experience, preferably with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. Vendor certifications and/or experience may be considered as an alternative to the degrees. This position is on-site at our Ashburn, Virginia location and cannot be done remotely.
The successful candidate will also have:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (Compulsory), CCNP, CCIE etc.
Hands on configuring and troubleshooting experience on router, switches / firewalls / multiplexer/ networking devices
A solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
A good understanding of, and experience with, most of the following network technologies: 802.1q, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, NAT, ACLs, IPSEC, and SNMP. Knowledge of MPLS, LDP, and VRFs strongly desired
Excellent cross-team collaboration, technical skills, and clear communications are required
Experience / knowledge on monitoring tools like SolarWinds, WhatsUp Gold etc.
Good knowledge on SolarWinds tools NCM and NPM is a plus

The primary roles and responsibilities you'll have in this position:
Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and coordination with partners on network optimization.
Undertake data network fault investigations in network environments using information from multiple sources.
Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access
To handle activation/installation/upgrade calls
Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding assistance and guidance if issues occur upon initial installation.
Coordinate with vendors and update customer regarding network maintenances.
Speak to customers via email and phone for requirements capture/update. Properly update notes to customer within given timeline.
Proper coordination with vendors to resolve the issue, also, to initiate escalations as per the published Vendor SLAs and internal policies.
Coordinate with vendor Service Managers proactively to maintain the network stability.
The successful candidate will be able to understand and drive solid requirements and then use those to deploy, configure, test, and activate networks.
Monitor customer network and coordinate proactively with customer and vendor to troubleshoot the issue(s).
To prepare reports daily / monthly / quarterly and otherwise as required.
Monitor video circuits on Nimbra Vision monitoring tool.
