PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
Responsible for the efficient operation of the Hotel Storerooms. The Storeroom Clerk will receive, store and issue the Storeroom's inventory ensuring that all requisitions are accurate and complete.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

Position Summary:
Inventory Controller manages daily material counts, maintains accurate records for efficient inventory operations. Responsibilities include investigating and reconciling discrepancies in finished packaged materials, inputting sales orders and transfers, and regulating all incoming and outgoing products. The role involves consistent communication across departments regarding shipments, transfers, and inventory needs. The Inventory Controller will maintain meticulous records of invoices and support warehouse operations as needed.
Essential Functions:
Performs daily count of all finished packaged materials, investigating and reconciling any discrepancies
Responsible for shipping and receiving of materials into and out of the warehouse
Enters sales orders and internal transfers into computer systems to ensure optimal accuracy
Tracks and regulates all incoming and outgoing products
Communicates regularly with all departments based on incoming and outgoing shipments, transfers, and inventory needs
Maintains accurate batch selection and monitors aging inventory
Creates bill of lading for all internal product transfers between warehouse locations
Keeps comprehensive records of all invoices and bills of lading
Help support warehouse when needed with any daily operations
All other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Preferred knowledge in an SAP or ERP system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates strong mathematical, analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Ability to maneuver up to 165 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent
