* Trains LP Associates to initiate, investigate, and close dishonest Associate cases by identifying internal theft alert signals and methods, creating action plans, conducting surveillances, etc.
* Trains LP Specialists/LP Lead on protecting the Company's assets as it moves through the Supply Chain
* Trains LP Associates on implementing shrink and safety awareness programs and identifying resources to initiate and substantiate cases
* Focuses additional training and skill development for underperforming LP Associates through recommending/demonstrating strategies and solutions to improve theft resolution results

* Ongoing partnership and communication with Business Partners at multiple levels and disciplines
