Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that align with clients' needs and goals. Ensure these interventions are evidence-based and focused on improving client outcomes. Supervise and Mentor: Lead and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members. Monitor the fidelity of interventions and provide ongoing feedback to staff to ensure the best practices are followed. Collaborate with Families: Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure interventions are being generalized in home and community settings. Provide training and support to help families implement ABA strategies effectively. Analyze Data: Collect and analyze data to track progress towards treatment goals; and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal progress and success. Participate in Team Meetings: Join multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate with other professionals, share insights, and contribute to ongoing care planning for clients. Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed, accurate records of assessments, interventions, progress notes, and any changes to treatment plans. They perform psychosocial assessments and individual therapy; and, provides direct services to patients and families. The BHS Social Worker delivers mental health therapy services to a population of patients within their scope of certification and education. The BHS Social Worker works primarily in the outpatient setting with Singing River Health System.
