Compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor Supervisor! The Counselor Supervisor will supervise the Counselors who provide treatment and casework services to patients in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with BayMark's policies and procedures. The counselor supervisor will ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care. Must identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients. The Counselor Supervisor will report directly to the Treatment Center Director.
Responsibilities:
* Assigns counselors' caseloads, amends when necessary
* Conducts quality assurance file reviews
* Direct and supervise all intake operations
* Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients
* Ensures accurate and current clinical records are maintained in accordance with Federal and State Regulations governing NTP clinics
* Maintain counseling caseload
* Provide direct supervision to clinicians as well as assist in the ongoing supervision of staff through meetings, in-service training, guest speakers and reviewing literature
* Acts as Treatment Center Director when absent
* Other related duties as determined by supervisor
Qualifications:
* Must possess OH LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, and LSW-S.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
* Must have prior supervisory experience, be self-motivated and directed.
* Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with EMRs is a plus
* Satisfactory criminal background check & drug screen

Job Description/Duties
The Early Childhood Mental Health Prevention Specialist provides supportive interventions, consultation with children, early childcare staff, and families in participating service programs throughout Stark County provided through contract funded by the Department of Children and Youth (DCY). The ECMH/Prevention Specialist has the responsibility of maintaining uniformly high-quality service to ensure maximum benefits to program participants. The individual must have strong communication skills with both children and adults, enjoy helping others, be organized, energetic, innovative and enthusiastic, maintain a family-oriented advocacy role, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to the philosophy and practice of resiliency and the capacity to build developmentally appropriate and supportive environments are expected.
Essential Functions:
Provide supportive interventions with young children.
conduct a minimum of one direct consultation session per referred child
within 30 calendar days from the initial date of referral.
provide direct consultation to a referred child within 48 hours if they are
experiencing acute emotional, behavioral, or traumatic events, and are at risk of being expelled due to their behavior, as well as follow for ongoing support of child.
Implement strength-based resiliency and skill building curriculum for indicated and/or selected population in assigned early childhood programs, schools, and/or community locations (YMCA).
Conduct screenings and assessments on children identified as having a social emotional
or behavioral concern as requested by an early care and education (ECE) professional and complete program-wide needs assessments, staff consultations, and classroom
observations to support emotionally responsive environments.
Provide consultation and behavior intervention services by request, including DINA Dinosaur services.
Track outcomes for children who are referred by an ECE professional and are
experiencing an acute emotional, behavioral or traumatic event, through follow-ups at intervals of 30
days and 90 days following the services.
Develop and run parent-child events to support social/emotional development and parent education around behavior management, and resiliency.
Provide parent consultations and strengthen parent involvement.
Required minimum of 6 individual consultations with classroom teachers and/or parents per month to address child-specific social-emotional concerns.
Maintain accurate records of service delivery and timely completion of paperwork.
Promote a climate that fosters resiliency and positive social, emotional, and behavioral development.
Attend collaborative team meetings to create positive change within the community.
Attend continuing education opportunities to obtain and/or maintain the Ohio Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant Credential and/or Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist Licensure.
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide coordination and referral to community services, as needed.
Act as an advocate for young children, their families, and early childcare providers.
Participate in professional supervision and training activities.
Perform other duties, as required.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to function well as a team member.
Must be culturally competent and willing to work with clients and families within various and diverse populations.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to and from assignments.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of college in Child Development, Psychology; Bachelor's degree with licensure preferred (RA, OCPSA, OCPS, OCPC, LSW, Nursing, Ohio issued teaching license) along with a minimum of two years' experience in early childhood.
If applicant does not already possess OCPS, will be required to immediately apply for RA and obtain OCPS and ECMHC credential within a 2-year timeframe.

Rape Crisis Victim Advocate - Youngstown, OH
Salary $: $17.00 per hour; Full Time (40 hours per week); includes comprehensive and generous benefits and leave package.

Responsibilities:
Work with sexual assault survivors and their families including facilitation of support groups, crisis counseling, collateral contacts with courts, attorneys, agencies, and family/significant other involvement.
Conduct PREA activities as directed for partner correctional facilities.
Coordinate services to GRACE Court, Harriet Tubman Project, and the Human Trafficking Task Force.
Complete required progress notes/reports. Maintain records of all activities.
Provide crisis counseling and support group services to interpersonal violence survivors.
Provide on-call service to RCCC, Human Trafficking Task Force, and regional correctional institutions (PREA), and Youngstown Police Department.
Community Outreach and Education: Assist in providing educational presentations to community organizations, schools etc. and staff resource fairs and other outreach events as assigned
Attend RCCC and Sojourner program staff meetings, in service trainings and supervisory meetings as scheduled. Participate in community-based task forces, committees, and multi-disciplinary teams as needed and/or assigned. Attend Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence meetings as assigned on behalf of Rape Crisis. Coordinate services with community stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work or a human service field is preferred. LSW or Victim Advocacy credentials are beneficial.
Must possess a minimum of five years' experience in human services, preferably domestic/sexual violence/human trafficking field.
Ability to navigate and use Behavioral Health Electronic Health Record System and victim services software packages. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Google business products.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Develop, monitor, and evaluate individual case plans for each assigned client at intake, bi-annually, and as needed thereafter. Case Plans will address services provided to the client within Equitas Health, as well as services managed within the community by other providers.
Function as a central and primary access point for financial assistance programs, including but not limited to Ryan White Treatment Modernization Act (Part B and C), HOPWA short term rental assistance, and other assistance programs as appropriate. Medical Social Workers will complete and submit paperwork as is needed to support client in maintaining these assistance programs.
Assess client's mental health needs and provide crisis intervention as necessary. Medical Social Worker's are responsible for completing lethality assessment documentation and consulting with Supervisors whenever a crisis occurs. Medical Social Workers will also reach out to community mental health services and consult with ongoing Mental Health and Therapy Providers as appropriate.
Assist client with linkage to resources such as housing, respite, nutritional assistance, palliative care, chore assistance, transportation and social functions that help increase the client's ability to remain independent in the community.

Responsible for accurate and timely completion of documentation in order to provide accurate data and reports to Equitas Health and its Board, as well as federal, state, and local governments.
Attend trainings, as assigned, to improve case management skills related to written and verbal skills, putting theory into practice, and accurate documentation across multiple systems.
Medical Social Workers will participate in Motivational Interviewing trainings and Learning Groups. As appropriate, Supervisors will schedule shadowing and review recorded visits between Medical Social Workers and clients in order to evaluate Motivational Interviewing skills.

Behavior Support Specialist Full Time $21 per hour Full Time Job Description
The Behavior Support Specialist will work with youths and adults who have behavioral challenges and provide support to help them achieve their goals. The specialist will work with a team of professionals to develop and implement behavior support plans, provide training to staff and caregivers, and monitor progress.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Develop and implement behavior support plans
Provide training to staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies
Monitor progress and make adjustments to behavior support plans as needed
Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and social workers, to provide comprehensive support
Document and maintain accurate records of services provided
Attend meetings and provide updates on progress
Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field, or at least 3 years of equivalent experience providing support to individuals with significant behavioral challenges.
Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
Knowledge of mental health, behavior management strategies, and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The responsibilities of our Medical Social Workers include:
Assist in the admission process of the patient, to the Agency, by performing an initial evaluation, assessing the patients psychosocial status, and evaluating the patient, family, and home to identify socioeconomic, and emotional, factors that will affect the plan of treatment.
Assist in development, and implementation, of the interdisciplinary patient care plan, as it pertains to medical social work.
Observe, record, and report changes in the patient's emotional, and social factors, that affect the patient's illness, and his/her need for care, and his/her response to treatment.
Consult, with the attending physician, concerning alteration of the plan of treatment.
Assess the patient's potential to cope with his/her social and health problems.
Act as consultant, to the members of the health team; assist them in understanding the social, emotional, and environmental factors, related to the patient's health problems.
Help patients to utilize the resources of their families and the community.
Provide rehabilitative and supportive casework.
Assist patients, and their families, in coping with personal and environmental difficulties, which might predispose them toward illness or interfere with obtaining maximum benefits from medical care.
Job Conditions:
The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, in English is required.
The ability to access patients homes, which may not be routinely wheelchair accessible is required.
Hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity must be sufficient to perform a physical assessment of the patient's condition and to perform patient care.
Physical activities will include, walking, sitting, stooping, and standing and minimal to maximum lifting of patients and the turning of patients.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree from a School of Social Work, approved by the Council of Social Work Education.
Must have, or be in the process of acquiring, certification from the Academy of Certified Social Workers.
Two years experience preferred, with at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, rehabilitation center, etc.).
Must have a criminal background check.
Must have current CPR (BLS) certification.

The role

Skills and Experience Required:
Master's degree (MSW) from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
