What You'll Do
People (75%)
Lead and coach a team of Travel Counselors
Provide regular, documented coaching and feedback to team members
Manage performance and KPI metrics
Investigate service and quality errors with a curious mentality, and provide helpful feedback
Collaborate with HR to determine performance ratings and action plans in alignment with Amex GBT standards
Facilitate account-specific onboarding and training for new hires after the initial centralized Traveler Care training program is complete
Collaborate with fellow team coaches - share information, achievements, and issues
Listen to calls as required to validate service levels and compliance standards
Customer (25%)
Be the voice of Traveler Care for new technological implementations
Participate in meetings with commercial client management partners when necessary, providing operational information needed for customer-facing conversations
Research and resolve client service concerns; develop strategy and craft messaging for the Traveler Care team and commercial peers
Analyze, act, and communicate results on CSAT performance
Keep the team informed on changes to client travel policies
Collaborate with Team Operations to achieve and exceed client expectations based on contractual service level requirements

The US national base salary range for this position is from
$55,300.00 - $102,700.00
The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.

JOB SUMMARY
The Sleep Coach will provide excellent customer service and product information, solutions, and relevant details to CPAP patients about their therapy usage. This position provides above and beyond communication with our patients. Most importantly, the position will use motivational interviewing and behavioral change techniques, so the patients understand their usage requirements and the importance of sleep therapy, and improve overall adherence outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sleep Coach will be responsible for the proactive and reactive patient outreach for the first full year of CPAP therapy.
Sleep Coach will be provided training to receive accredited certification for sleep coaching; must pass accreditation testing and ongoing proficiency requirements.
Place and take (inbound/outbound) calls for new CPAP sleep patients to coach, educate and encourage patients with their CPAP therapy; help with troubleshooting equipment issues will also be provided.
Sleep Coach will utilize manufacturers software to review patient usage information to ensure patient call will be data driven.
Motivational Interviewing techniques and behavioral coaching will be key method of engagement with patient post setup.
Sleep Coach will use knowledge of OSA to assist with coaching conversation to ensure patient understands the potential effectiveness of therapy.
Sleep Coach will have a basic understanding of all manufacturer PAP and mask equipment to assist with typical troubleshooting questions.
Encourage patient to take an active role in their therapy by downloading and using manufacturer mobile app solutions.
Verifies health plan, physician and notification preferences and documents with each patient contact.
Accurately document patient account to ensure comments, discussions and concerns are captured correctly.
Offer ideas, suggest changes, and identify opportunities that enhance business growth in a positive and constructive manner.
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

* Supervise visitations of children who are not living with their birth families if needed.
* Advocate on behalf of the families for the successful reunification and/or prevention of out of home placement of the children living in the home.
* Assist and support excellence in public relations with referral agencies, the court system, and system partners.
* Work collaboratively with the NYAP team.
* Complete all required paperwork per agency policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
* 21 years of age or older.
* High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Associate's Degree in social services is preferred.
* Experience working with youth/families is preferred.
* Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.

Hours are not set and can fluctuate, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on the needs of the individuals. Assignments may extend beyond normal hours into evenings and weekends.
Provide a variety of Job Coaching services to individuals with disabilities including but not limited to developing appropriate job-keeping behaviors, task analysis, development of skills in complete specific tasks, development of natural supports, and the identification and implementation of reasonable accommodations at the job site.
Act as an advocate for the individual at the job site and/or work adjustment site. Provide referral information to the individuals served for necessary and appropriate community services to enhance their vocational success.
Prepare and submit thorough and insightful daily case notes that chart an individual's progress, challenges and receptivity to direction and/or instruction provided.
