Requires the operation of all Solar vehicles, on or off company premises.
WORK PERFORMED:
Drive pickups, stake beds, semi-trucks, truck cranes, and other fuel or electric powered vehicles on or off company premises, as assigned.
Load and unload applicable vehicles as is necessary.
Responsible for checking vehicles for proper and safe loading and correctness of loading and unloading procedures of assigned vehicle.
Work from authorized documents and other written and oral instructions to complete assigned tasks.
Perform emergency roadside minor maintenance to vehicle as may be necessary.
Maintain required licenses and permits.
Usage of forklifts
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
A valid agency issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record (this includes no moving violations within the last 12 months, no "2 point" violations within the last 3 years, and no DUI's within the last 7 years)
Working computer knowledge
Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor

Job Summary:

Overview
As a Co-op, you will be part of the team from day one and given training and tasks that are important and impactful to our projects' success.
Success in this role depends on the Co-op's initiative and teamwork skills. A successful Co-op will learn how to negotiate contracts with subcontractors, research supply chain alternatives, and perform data analytics to analyze trends.
Top achieving Co-ops will have the opportunity to manage a new process improvement project from idea generation to final implementation under the guidance of the Logistics Manager. McKenney's has a long history of success in hiring Co-ops and supporting their evolution into industry leaders. Many of our current senior leaders began their journey in the Co-op program.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate in a team environment under the guidance of leaders in the Logistics and Manufacturing Groups.
* Support Project Managers and Foremen in developing innovative procurement and delivery strategies, ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials from shops, vendors, and warehouses to job sites.
* Work with our Shop Superintendents to understand current processes and identify and minimize waste by applying LEAN principles.
* Leverage historical and real-time data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and prioritize high-impact process improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
* Communicate effectively across all levels of the business from front-line personnel to executive leadership tailoring communications to fit audience needs and drive buy-in across the organization.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
* Candidates must be enrolled in a Co-op program at an accredited school majoring in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Construction Management, or a related degree.
* Candidates must complete at least two full-time, alternating Co-op rotations before graduation and should avoid a full courseload while working, which may delay graduation.
* 1st Rotation: Fall 2026
* 2nd Rotation: Summer 2027
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail focused.
* Productive in fast-paced environments with strong multitasking skills.
* Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently.
* Effective communicator across diverse teams, including PMs, drafting, field staff, and fabrication shops.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Candidates who can work three or more full-time semesters.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORTS
* Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office environment.
* No or limited exposure to physical risk; occasional jobsite visits may require climbing permanent and temporary stairs/ladders, passenger use of hoists, and navigating active construction areas.
* Light physical effort handling average weight objects up to 50 pounds may be required occasionally.

We are seeking a Logistics Operation Support for a position in Omaha, NE. The Logistics Operation Support role will assist client personnel by moving and locating loading assets including routine tasks consisting of asset preparation, job site preparation, and loading support as trained. Non-exempt role; Reports to site manager, site superintendent, or foreman; Assigned duties according to specific procedures / work is checked frequently.
Essential Qualifications:
One (1) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill (depending on mechanic level)
Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace
Functional Requirements:
Accountable for performance of scheduled work while being observant of operating process equipment and maintenance needs; communicates with supervision as necessary to ensure maximum performances as outlined by targeted goals; knowledgeable of and must follow all established plant and company policies and procedures including plant emergency procedures; must be alert for changing conditions and taking any/all actions needed; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
Compensation
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Involvement:
