This position is part of the Deltadyne department and will be located in New Port Richey, FL
Second Shift Schedule: 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, Monday - Friday
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Measure, build and assemble components per SOPs, schematics, blueprints, engineering orders, and job sheets.
* Set-up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment within a continuous production/processing operation.
* Use basic measuring equipment (i.e. calipers, scale, thermometers, high gauge, etc.).
The essential requirements of the job include:
* High School diploma or local equivalent (i.e., GED).
* Required to stand for long time periods (for a minimum of 8 hours or more), lifting of 35 lbs. frequently and the ability to work with solvents, oils, and other chemicals.
* Basic Math Skills (i.e. Shop Math) and Computer literate (i.e. MS Office Excel).
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* In a manufacturing or assembly related environment with the ability to read and understand blueprints, verbal, and written work instructions.

The Assembler I (DeltaDyne) is responsible for building assemblies and subassemblies (including specialty assemblies).
This position is part of the Deltadyne department and will be located onsite in New Port Richey, FL. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 2:45PM - 11:15PM and overtime is routine.
This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. The Assembler I (Elements) is responsible for building assemblies and subassemblies (including specialty assemblies).
This position is part of the Pall Aerospace Elements Department and will be located onsite in New Port Richey, FL. The weekend shift work schedule is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM and overtime is routine.
This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Set-up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and equipment within a continuous production/processing operation. This includes measuring, building and assembling components per standard operating procedures from schematics, blueprints, engineering orders, and job sheets using basic measuring equipment (i.e., calipers, scale, thermometers, high gauge, etc.) and completing all necessary paperwork as required including scorecards, hazard recognitions, routers and data, Follower Tags, ATP, Slitter Sheets, etc.
Work with and mix chemicals, oils, and solvents as stated within the standard operating procedures and process parts in an explosion proof room.
Move (Float) within the Elements and Cabin Air Lines.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED).
Basic understanding of the use of calipers to make precision measurements, and basic shop math.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, verbal and written work instructions. Work overtime as assigned.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to bend, lift, stand, sit, and twist for long periods of time and required to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

Working in a manufacturing facility on a production line.

The first shift Assembler I (Cabin Air) builds basic components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to blueprint and work instructions. The role is part of the Air value stream. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and overtime is routine.
This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Prior work experience in a manufacturing or assembly related environment working with and mixing solvents, oils, and chemicals.
Basic Math Skills (i.e. Shop Math) and experience producing parts to blueprint, verbal and written work instructions, and using and reading calipers to make precision measurements.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Pass a basic vision test.
Bending, lifting, standing, sitting, and twisting for long periods of time. Required to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
Good eye and hand dexterity.

ABOUT THE JOB
SUMMARY
The Electrical Assembler II is responsible for assembling and testing electrical systems and components, ensuring accurate, on-time job order completion, and maintaining inventory integrity in compliance with production standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a solid foundation in soldering, quality control, and safety practices within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.
Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment.
Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications.
Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly.
Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.

Requirements
JOB DESIRABLES AND REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years soldering electrical components required; 3 to 5 years preferred.
Physical Demands:
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to stand 8-10 hours per day
