Position Summary: This position is responsible for handling, assembling, inspecting, and packaging products according to company standards, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Production Associates work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules, quality requirements, and safety goals. The role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery to support battery packaging and distribution
Load and unload pallets, sort shipping dunnage, and maintain efficient production flow
Perform quality checks and record production counts in computer systems
Decorate and label batteries to meet customer specifications
Assist with filling, charging, and final preparation of batteries for shipment
Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S standards and safety guidelines
Position Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk for long period of time.
Comfortable working 12-hour days as needed.
Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Ability to work in a hot environment.
Ability to physically bend, twist and kneel in a safe and efficient manner.
Basic computer skills.
Basic math, reading and writing skills.
Must be able to wear required PPE.

Job description: The Production Team Member will apply knowledge on the assembly process, including material gathering, construction, quality control, packaging while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Production Team Operator will review and follow work instructions to complete the work at hand.Job duties:
Ensure the equipment functions efficiently and that all procedures work correctly
Load materials into specific cells and or machines
Run the machines and observe them during production, detect problems and stop processes and make minor repairs to industrial mechanics for fixes
Obtain current hi-lo certification and operate in a safe manner
Assist with troubleshooting activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Adhere to Team handbook, Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards, policies and procedures
Assure all safety devices are properly in place and utilized, PPE is always worn correctly , and reporting of any near-misses, injuries or accidents occurs immediately
Perform additional tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate
Minimum requirements:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
A minimum of (1) year of experience in a production facility working at times in a high pace environment
Experience working in a manufacturing environment for an automotive OEM supplier preferred
Ability to read and understand standardized work instructions and inspection sheets.
Basic industrial math skills
Ability to obtain hi-lo and crane certifications
Desire to work in a team-based, lean-manufacturing environment
Willingness to travel for training, and as other business needs may dictate
Ability and willingness to work any shift, as well as overtime, as required to meet business requirement
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

The Manufacturing Operator II is responsible for being an active contributor in the site's manufacturing processes. The products manufactured on site will range are filtration media for critical medical and industrial devices. This role will be on a rotating day or night shift schedule.
This position reports to the Value Stream Sr. Manager of the Belts Manufacturing department assigned located in Pensacola, FL and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
Support and participate in activities to establish manufacturing in Pensacola, FL. Work with process and production engineers during troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
Produce quality products per the standard operating procedures and departmental standards with proper recording and traceability
Follow company safety policies including PPE usage, lock-out-tag-out procedure, and safe operation of equipment. Follow good housekeeping policies
Who you are:
High school diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent; with 3+ years of manufacturing experience
Works well in a cross functional team
Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Frequently move, lift, carry, push or pull weights up to 50 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift/move weights greater than 50 pounds with assistance

SCOPE:

Position Summary:
Responsible for performing rework and repair of Printed Circuit boards per IPC 610 Class II standards. Must have soldering skills to handle fine pitch parts. In addition, job requires ability to build custom cables requiring additional soldering skills. Must be able to use tools to cut, strip, crimp and install each pin for these custom cables. Must be able to read cable and board drawings to ensure finished product meets defined specifications.
Essential Duties:
Perform all through hole installation and rework required on assemblies per Engineering specifications. Work must conform to IPC 610 Class II standards.
Perform all surface mount installation to assemblies per Engineering specifications. Work must conform to IPC 610 Class II standards.
Perform basic fine pitch installation per Engineering specifications. Work must conform to IPC 610 Class II standards.
Remove and install through hole, surface mount and fine pitch components. Complete solder wiring and etch cutting as required. Work must conform to IPC 610 Class II standards.
Perform microscope inspection on all PCB's as required.
Utilize Engineering drawings to cut, strip, crimp and install cable wires for custom designed cables.
Notify department manager of parts identified for scrap.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean work area.
Maintain required tools and equipment.
Order necessary solder equipment.
Perform such other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
4 years of high school or equivalency, plus advanced education or specialized training.
Experience Requirements:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lean Manufacturing Specialist to support the design and optimization of a new manufacturing facility. In this role, you will serve as a senior individual contributor with the potential to step into a leadership position as the project advances. You will be responsible for developing an efficient, scalable factory layout and driving process improvements across production, material flow, and logistics.
You'll make a difference by:
* Leading the development of the factory layout using Lean methodologies and CAD tools.
* Designing production flow, work centers, and workstation setups to support safe, ergonomic, and high-productivity operations.
* Defining material logistics strategy including material flow, storage, Kanban loops, and line-side delivery.
* Performing line balancing, time studies, motion studies, and workflow optimization.
* Conducting plant simulations; Siemens Plant Simulation experience strongly preferred.
* Applying Lean tools such as Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, 5S, and value stream mapping.
* Identifying and eliminating waste across production and logistics processes.
* Collaborating with engineering, operations, supply chain, and EHS to align design with requirements.
