ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- include and are not limited to:

Install a minimum of two (2) fired by a minimum of one (1) of the following: fuel oil, propane, or natural gas in a routine residential environment
Cleanings and repairs
Assist with the installation

Possess the ability to operate various instruments such as multi meters and combustion analyzers

Establishes and maintains open communication with clients, and project manager, in order to keep all essential project activities running smoothly. Assists with the development and improvement of related processes, procedures, and tools.

Work tasks include travel to local job sites, which means intermittent exposure to outside weather and conditions typically associated with a construction site.

Minimum Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. Basic technological proficiency and familiarity with iPad operation. Basic understanding of electricity and electrical circuits and HVAC mechanical.
Previous experience with troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and programming building controls and servicing HVAC systems.
Previous work experience with building automation systems, i.e., those manufactured by Automated Logic, Alerton, Delta, Distech, Reliable, Computrol, JCI, Siemens, Trane, and/or Tridium. Tridium AX or N4 Certification. Experience with Bacnet, LON, or Modbus. Experience with Visio and AutoCAD
