Standard Work Schedule:

Position Summary:
The HVAC Service Technician is a key member of the team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems or equipment in residential settings. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Position Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed.
Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required: Relevant experience in service work.
Required: High school diploma or GED.
Required: Valid driver's license.
Preferred: Certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
