Responsibilities
Own technical delivery: Drive AI solution design and implementation across multiple government deployments, from first prototype to stable mission use.
Embed with customers: Serve as a technical thought partner to mission stakeholders, guiding adoption, maximizing impact, and ensuring successful deployments.
Build GenAI-enabled systems: Prototype and implement pipelines using Python, TypeScript, or comparable stacks aligned to customer mission needs.
Guide value realization: Help customers understand trade-offs, sequence delivery, and adapt applications to achieve operational outcomes.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, ideally in customer-facing or government environments.
Hands-on experience building and deploying applications that integrate AI/LLMs, APIs, and data pipelines.
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in a modern full-stack environment (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, MEAN, Node.js).
Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, etc.).
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical approaches and deliver solutions in fast-moving or ambiguous contexts.
Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and communication skills, with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
Must have an active Secret security clearance.
Desired Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field.

SUMMARY AND PURPOSE:
As an AMR SystemsEngineer, you work closely with our Sales, Applications, Engineering and Aftermarket teams to deliver business value to our end users, and OEM partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commissioning & integration of AMR systems at client facilities throughout North America; this includes traveling to customer or integration partner facility for on-site deployment and integration with facility side automation equipment and business systems.
Daily on-site support at customer sites to capture issues and support system optimization efforts to drive improvements to customer operations
Support detailed solutions design of AMR systems (preferably with OTTO by Rockwell Automation products) to meet the customer requirements; this includes workflow design, attachment design, map design and development/modification of middle layer software logic using Ignition OPC/UA, FT Optix and/or PLC logic design and modification
Author and execute acceptance test plans for validation of system functionality and performance.

Communicate technical details and status to the customer and broader project team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support of communications and network systems architecture, video distribution, long-haul communications systems, and enhancement support for operations.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain RPA-SOC computer and network systems including hardware, software, operations support for Microsoft Windows and other operating systems at multiple classification levels.LAN/WAN communications, firewalls, operations support for Microsoft Windows operating systems, and networks at multiple classification levels.
Ensure proper configuration of servers, virtual servers, storage solutions, computer, and software necessary routers, switches, firewalls, crypto and other communications equipment necessary for the successful operation of the RPA-SOC.
Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Requirements
+/- 5 years of experience with network design, testing, development, and integration
Experience with LAN/WAN, cryptographic equipment, multicast routing on Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment such as Cisco.
Knowledge of industry best practices for designing, implementing, and maintaining network security and service availability throughout the system life cycle.
Ensure network and equipment meet applicable security technical implementation guides (STIGs).
Identify technical applicability, remediate, and support mitigation of IAVA notices and support metric reporting.
Experience in VMWare virtualized environment.
Follow industry and department trends and developments to ensure services are consistent with, and/or superior to, industry best practices.
Knowledge of computer networking and network-based information assurance devices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
Clearance Requirement:
An active TS clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI is required.
Mandatory Requirement:
Security+ CE Certification or similar DOD 8570 IAT II certification. Will assist good applicants in obtaining Sec+ but must be obtained before start date.
