5. Administering, scoring, and interpreting specialized hearing and speech tests.
6. Developing and implementing individualized plans for assigned clients to meet individual needs, interests, and abilities.
7. Evaluating and monitoring individuals, using audiovisual equipment. Reviews treatment plans and assesses individual performance to modify, change, or write new programs.
8. Maintaining records as required by law, establishment's policy, and administrative regulations.
9. Attending meetings and conferences and participates in other activities to promote professional growth.
10. Performing other related duties as assigned.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist you will:
Provide specific interventions and therapeutic strategies to increase developmental skills, including communication and oral-motor feeding skills of children who have been identified with developmental delays.
Evaluate the developmental skills of infants and toddlers and provide written reports.
Work with families and caregivers to identify priorities for their child and the family.
Develop intervention plans based on family priorities.
Utilize therapeutic strategies to address developmental delays of identified children.
Train, and support family/caregivers to attain outcomes established in intervention plans.
Document daily activities of children and report on progress.
Prepare materials for use with children/families.
Maintain communication with the Early Intervention Director and all team members.
Maintain positive communication with funders, other providers, and the public.
Position Requirements:
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
PA Speech Therapy License is required.
Certificate of Clinical Competency is required (CCC's).
Minimum one year of experience working with preschool children with disabilities and their families.
Knowledge of typical infant/toddler development, developmental disabilities.
Experience with sensory development, adaptive equipment, and strategies.
Ability to interact positively and work with the team.
Must have valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and appropriate vehicle insurance.
Traveling within the community is required.
Must have flexibility with schedule.
