Arizona Department of Education Speech-LanguagePathologist Certification

Ability to assess student needs, develop and implement IEPs, and evaluate outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and interpret results for parents and staff
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for eligible students
Participate in school meetings, conferences, and multidisciplinary evaluation teams (MET)
Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and parents
Serve as case manager for assigned special education students
Maintain speech-language files, documentation, and Medicaid records
Register as a Medicaid provider and ensure compliance

Perform additional duties as assigned, including meetings beyond standard hours when required

Job Summary
