Build action plans and follow up a timeline for any incidents, performance issues, or other non-compliance of company policies.
Report and thoroughly document any accidents or events related to customers or employees timely to Director and HR.
Participate in external marketing and team building activities as requested.
Qualifications and Requirements
High School graduate required, college degree preferred
5+ years in an outside sales role is preferred
Clear speaking voice and pleasant demeanor, outgoing and charismatic personality
Strong customer service skills
Technical literacy with various operating systems, software, and office equipment
Multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
Good grammar and communication skills
English fluency required, Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
Ability to travel up to 50% with some overnight travel occasionally
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage
Working knowledge of CCC One estimating platform and/or GTS management system a plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT
Ability to read and interpret documents such as repair procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Business hours of operation are Mon-Fri. 7:30am-5:30pm, maybe required to attend after-hour functions, overnight trips and special events.

Job Summary
The National Accounts Sales Executive is responsible for generating business opportunities and meeting sales goals by building and maintaining relationships with designated Miner National Accounts.
Job Responsibilities
* Drive and manage the sales process with designated national accounts based on the agreement executed between Miner and the national account. This includes: Contacting defined locations; Identifying client solutions; Negotiating; Quoting & Closing sales; and maintaining communications based upon Miner's approved tracking procedures.
* Drive KPI results to target including: site calls, site visits, site activations, revenue, gross profit, SafeACT sold, SafeCHECK sold, quotes generated, quotes closed-won, quotes closed-lost.
* Act as a "solutions expert" consultant in helping partners with their unique business challenges and strategic initiatives.
* Work with senior management to establish a clear and effective plan for growing national account sales within a defined territory / region.
* Collaborate with sales teams to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies.
* Work seamlessly with National Account Managers to address barriers or customer issues promptly.
* Utilize company CRM / Tracker to provide visibility and effectively communicate activity in assigned territory.
* Utilize SafeACT to provide recurring service to customers - Volume to be defined.
* Utilize SafeCHECK to provide national account surveys & summaries - Volume to be defined.
* Attend company national account introductory (rollout) sessions and/or training programs and accompany other associates or managers during ride-alongs to promptly penetrate defined national accounts.

Job Summary
The National Accounts Sales Executive is responsible for generating business opportunities and meeting sales goals by building and maintaining relationships with designated Miner National Accounts.

* Drive and manage the sales process with designated national accounts based on the agreement executed between Miner and the national account. What You'll Do
Be the technical face of Precision Resource-supporting the Sales Manager and engaging directly with customers.
Identify opportunities and grow relationships in key markets (automotive, medical, aerospace, defense, firearms).
Travel across the U.S. (up to 45%) to attend trade shows, exhibit, industry events and F2F customer interaction-showcasing our capabilities and expanding our reach.

What We're Looking For
A technical background with related degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Business/Economics, etc. is favorable, but the right candidate that wants to move to sales from a proven manufacturing background is equally of interest.
3+ years in a technical manufacturing, sales or sales engineering role.
Familiarity with precision machining, additive manufacturing, assembly, or fine blanking (bonus if you've worked with these directly).
A natural communicator who can explain complex processes in a way that excites and builds trust.
Someone who's energized by travel, networking, and representing an industry leader.
Travel up to 45% of the time across the U.S.

International Motors is seeking a Commercial Truck Sales Representative to join our Sacramento Used Truck Center. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales ability, experience in automotive or truck sales, or prior work in a commission-based environment who are looking to grow within the commercial truck industry. We provide complete product training and sales support to help you build your customer pipeline and succeed.
You will guide customers through selecting the right unit for their needs by reviewing specs, options, pricing, and financing solutions. Candidates with truck specification knowledge, competitor OEM awareness, CDL capability, or Spanish bilingual skills often excel in this role.
International's Used Truck Organization (UTO) operates 13 Used Truck Centers across North America, managing inventory sourced from major fleet trade packages. This creates a fast-paced retail, wholesale, and export sales environment with significant earning potential for motivated representatives.
Responsibilities
* Identify sales opportunities and document activities in CRM; pursue warm leads and complete scheduled prospecting (phone & field).
* Achieve truck sales objectives through direct customer contact and account management.
* Develop and maintain product knowledge across International and competitive OEM trucks.
* Prepare customized quotes, present to customers, and guide them through the truck purchasing process.
* Assist customers in exploring financing options to support successful deal closing.
* Support inventory movement, including transporting units to and from reconditioning providers as needed.
* Complete required sales documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle.
* Assist with vehicle check-in / check-out processes.
* Support the General Manager with additional sales-related tasks as requested.
Minimum Requirements
* High School Diploma/GED AND
* At least 2 years of outside or inside sales experience
Additional Requirements
* Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
