COMPENSATION: $26-$28/Hr
Must be able to work a.m. and p.m. shifts
This role will provide amazing guest service while maintaining the full operational functionality of the building. You and the entire engineering team are responsible for the repair, service, and preventative maintenance of all things within and outside of the hotel building. Taking pride and passion for your work and working within a team.
Essential Job Functions:
• Performs general repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including but not limited; carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, minor electrical, finish work, etc.
• Prioritize work orders through urgent requests and established hotel area down times in order to minimize inconveniencing guests.
• Effectively interact with department managers is required.
• Respond to guest room calls as required.
• Complete any and all assigned preventative maintenance procedures.
• Adhere to hotel safety standards.
• Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by Manager.
• Assist other departmental craft workers as required.
• Perform all duties required as Fire Alarm Response Team.
• Participate in OSHA/Safety programs within the hotel through awareness in everyday job functions and participate on the Hotel's Emergency Evacuation Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
• Lift, push, pull, rotate 50 lbs or more
• Manual dexterity to operate and grasp tools
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Standing and walking up to a full 8 hours a day
Qualifications:
Education:
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Trade school or General Maintenance/Technician certification a plus
Experience:
• One year of experience in general maintenance and repair work at hotels preferred
• One year of experience in general maintenance and repair work required
• Knowledge of OSHA Safety and Chemical Standards

Responsibilities
Own all aspects of shipping consumer electronic products with market‑leading audio performance independently or with the support of the Audio Lead, depending on experience level.
Create the transfer function from Product Level Requirement Documents to audio systems and transducer requirements to ensure product success.
Design, analyze, and refine real‑time audio capture and render systems.
Research and implement advanced technologies to optimize audio system integration.
Continuously learn and explore new technologies, setting benchmarks for user experiences.
Collaborate on system architecture, including algorithms and tools, and oversee implementation.
Evaluate third‑party audio technologies and keep abreast of industry developments.
Understand the trade‑offs in various DSP and ML approaches/platforms for embedded solutions.
Work with the cross‑functional team to innovate on audio solutions.
Factory testing and build support throughout the product development cycle.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in audio hardware development.
Experience in designing, tuning, and testing microphone arrays and real‑time audio capture.
Proven track record in developing comprehensive audio solutions encompassing acoustics, transducers, digital interfaces, audio ICs, and DSPs.
Extensive experience with audio testing systems (e.g., SoundCheck, Audio Precision, HATS testing).
Strong background in DSP techniques (e.g., FIR/IIR filter design, beamforming, echo cancellation).
Effective independent operation and teamwork in a dynamic, cross‑functional setting.
Experience with acoustic simulation software, e.g., COMSOL.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Acoustics, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience in audio hardware development.
Proficiency in a high‑level programming language (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
Familiarity with human perception of sound.
Experience with psycho‑acoustic metrics and evaluation of speech quality and intelligibility.

The Engineer I supports manufacturing operations by developing process documentation, optimizing assembly workflows, and ensuring product quality and compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Requires a broad knowledge of Manufacturing Practices, Assembly Prints, Bill of Materials to be able to create Manufacturing ready documentation such as S.O.E.'s (Sequence of Events) and Assembly Process Workflow.
Provides technical direction and on-the-job training to production staff.
Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates the Manufacturing Engineer portion of the system build.
Prepares and/or modifies work instructions, BOM structures, and training curriculum.
Ensures proper interdisciplinary coordination and effective communication on projects.
Requires contact with Customers, vendor representatives. Attends and participates in Customer meetings.
Confers with engineers, technicians, customers, and others to discuss best practices in an effort to streamline build processes and procedures.
Inspects completed systems; partners with Manufacturing and Quality organizations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Supports project production efforts to assure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Investigates customer or internal issues determines the nature and extent of the problem and recommends corrective actions.
Assists in cost estimations and development of capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs.
Evaluates and process Engineering Change Orders.
