MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the Maintenance Manager and Property Manager to identify janitorial, grounds keeping and maintenance-related and capital improvement activities.
Perform grounds maintenance and overall upkeep to common areas of community.
