Job Summary Responsible for the set-up and assembling of advanced lighting systems consistent with production requirements and quality specifications. Responsibilities & Duties: * · Aligns, fits, and assembles components into completed units using hand tools, power tools, fixtures and templates following instructions, both written (process sheets) or verbal. * Inspects parts for defects; makes modifications as needed in accordance with engineering specifications. * Works in a positive/results oriented manner in order to get the job done under minimal supervision, always being viewed as open, ethical, and trustworthy. * Works in a highly collaborative manner with others to pursue department/company goals. * Effectively utilizes available resources, technology, and tools to complete work. * Understands and complies with all company policies and procedures as well as additional legal regulatory requirements. * Actively participates in operational problem solving/quality improvement activities. * Properly follows all safety procedures and policies to include ESD guidelines. * Efficiently prioritizes and performs job requirements and activities based on open communication with the Supervisor and others. * Assist with the movement of material as required following proper procedures and safety practices.
