Price forward CO's that evolve because of issues identified in RFI's or Owner issued documents. Negotiate and agree on changes with a commitment to pay from the Owner. Manage added materials/equipment etc. required for added work (i.e. submittals need to be revised to cover CO, new materials need to be submitted, coordinate equipment/personnel specific to added work. Put General/Owner on notices of impacts/delays due to other trades, weather, scheduling conflicts etc. Represent and protect the interest of Liberty.
