Prepares stock solutions and reagents following standard operating procedures and quality control procedures. Conducts quality control testing of solutions and reagents and records results accordingly. + Participates in performance improvement activities and new assay validations--both FDA approved assays and Laboratory Developed Tests. + Provides training for new laboratory personnel in methods, procedures and use of equipment and instruments specific to the assigned area.
