RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (Required within 6 months if graduate from accredited cardiovascular program)
LMRT - Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (Preferred if RCIS only)

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required prior to independent patient care; must be maintained quarterly)

What You Will Do
Patient Care: Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to assess and support patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs; prepares rooms, verifies patient identity, gathers history, and assists with contrast media under supervision.
Imaging Procedures: Explains procedures, positions patients, adjusts techniques for age and condition, assists with complex procedures, and ensures accurate image processing and transfer to PACS.
Equipment Operation: Operates and maintains imaging equipment, troubleshoots issues, ensures cleanliness and supply readiness, and adheres to quality control and safety standards.
Professionalism & Communication: Maintains technical skills, attends training, communicates effectively, and supports quality improvement and departmental goals.
Administrative Support: Manages patient information, follows proper phone and transport protocols, and performs additional duties as assigned.
