Who We're Looking For: The Academy Goalkeeping Coach will support the development of goalkeepers within The St. James Football Club, with a focus on training players across our MLS Next, Girls Academy, Pre-MLS Next, and Pre-GA programs. You'll deliver high-quality coaching sessions, mentor players at all levels, and contribute to the club's overall goalkeeper development pathway. This is a part-time, year-round position with both coaching and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Goalkeeper Training
Deliver goalkeeper training aligned with club methodology for various age groups.
Teach fundamentals including positioning, shot-stopping, distribution, and communication.
Provide focused instruction on 1v1s, crosses, and set-piece scenarios.
Serve as the Lead GK Coach for MLS Next and Girls Academy programs.
Support Pre-MLS Next and Pre-GA training (U9-U12).
Individual & Group Coaching
Conduct 1-on-1 goalkeeper development sessions and create personalized plans.
Lead group training sessions in a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment.
Educate players on tactical goalkeeping concepts (e.g., reading the game, organizing defense).
Scouting & Talent ID
Assist with identifying and recommending talented goalkeepers for advancement.
Communication
Maintain ongoing communication with goalkeepers, families, and staff about performance, progress, and development goals.
Professional Growth
Stay up to date on best practices in goalkeeper coaching.
Participate in ongoing coach education, workshops, and clinics.
Qualifications
USSF “C” License, USSF GK License, USC (NSCAA) GK Diploma, or foreign equivalent.
Previous experience coaching goalkeepers at the youth or amateur level.
Strong technical and tactical understanding of goalkeeper development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for player development and the ability to motivate young athletes.
Experience using video analysis in training is a plus.
Must pass background checks and meet credentialing requirements.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Position Details
Base Salary: $20,000/year
Session Pay: $50 per session for Pre-MLS Next & Pre-GA
Schedule: Average of 6 sessions per week + games/tournaments
Travel: All travel expenses covered by the club

Mission of the Position:
Create a Championship experience where all Coaches are empowered and developed to contribute to the growth and success of the Sport Clips systems and the profitability of Sport Clips franchisees (Team Leaders).
Scope & Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Regional Coach is to develop Area Coaches and Store Managers in the market as well as contribute to the Coach program. The Regional Coach will report to the Regional Director.
We have two roles in which one supports our stores in FL, GA then other supports stores in GA, AL, MS, LA, TX and candidates must reside in one of these states.
Roles and responsibilities include:
Develop Coaches in technical and operations skills. Training, shadowing and in-field support.
Maintain presence/visibility in the market by visiting Stores with Area Coaches.
Driving same Store sales growth, working with the Regional Directors, Area Managers and Store Managers to identify opportunities.
Partner with the Regional Director to develop and execute plans for store improvement as assigned.
Participate in Coach Call with other Coaches.
Work with Coaches in their purview to create an ongoing personal development place.
Serve as mentor and master trainer for the Coaches in their purview.
Work with Regional Director and other departments to expand knowledge in business topics such as business acumen, grand openings, marketing, or other areas as agreed upon.
Drive Technical Excellence and Consistency through the development of Store Managers.
Work with the Regional Director to assist with the creation of content to ensure impactful Manager Huddles, Area Manager Huddles and Coaches Huddles.
Promote Brand and Operational Excellence through Success Checks and purposeful Store visits.
Work with Director of Operations Standards and Artistic Director, the Artistic Team, Champion Ambassadors, and Managers to promote Sport Clips Brand Awareness in the community.
Support and work with VP of Career Opportunities and Team, Events Team, and Training and Operations Teams to deliver relevant content for Coaches at Huddles and Leaderships as needed to support and align with the company focus.
Key Criteria/Requirements:
Successful as an Area Coach for a minimum of 2 plus years. Exceeds Expectations in all areas of responsibility.
Excellent in all areas of Operations, including performing all responsibilities of an Area Coach per Job Scorecard.
Maintain open communication with VP of Company Stores, Director of Operations Standards and Artistic Director, Coaches, Leadership, and other SCI departments as needed.
Always lead by example.
Always express professionalism through dress code, behavior, and communication.
Exemplify the Sport Clips Values.
Be perceived as a mentor and a strong leader.
Travel requirements include days, nights and weekends:
3 wks/month in field.
Trips to markets should be a minimum of 2+ nights and 3+ days.
RCs must make sure that days spent with Coaches in field are intentional and aren't necessarily tied to an 8-hour day; maximize your time.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get in on the ground floor with our team and help us to continue to share the Row House brand and experience to all people, everywhere! This is for both our Southlake and Keller locations, which are within 10 minutes of each other.
Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. It distinguishes itself from other group fitness concepts built on insecurity and competition by creating an environment that raises everyone up so they come together, rowing on the same rhythm, with the same flow and energy. Rowing has long been recognized by serious athletes as one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise and Row House's workout stays true to form. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.
Position:
The Row House Coach will lead up to participants through the Row House experience at TWO locations - Southlake & Keller
Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of clients
Energize and motivate clients throughout rowing sessions
Build Row House class attendance and retaining retain current clientele
Teach proper rowing technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations, including, but not limited to Row House University or any required continuing education
Handle member concerns when applicable
Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
Set up rowers and explain the class format for prospects and new clients
Maintain a strong social media presence to increase class following
Requirements:
Love of boutique fitness is a must - Rowing passion is a strong plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
Fantastic communication skills and that exudes energy AND empathy
Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to get on the erg
Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment
Fitness certification and indoor rowing experience preferred
Must submit a brief demo video as part of the interview process (specific guidelines sent after initial phone interview)
Compensation: $20-30/hour

Job Description
Overall Scope: The STUDIO coach is responsible for delivering individually adapted large group workouts to our STUDIO members and guests.
Major Responsibilities:
Deliver classes using standardized programming communicated through Basecamp
Stay up to date with GOLD'S STUDIO standards of movement and programming
Keep accurate check-in records and guest visits to all classes coached using mobile app and fitness platforms
Coach class attendees through progressions and regressions of all movements and ensure a fun, safe and motivating environment
Maximize class attendance through quality coaching, prospecting, social media engagement and member referrals
Maintenance and care of gym's STUDIO equipment; rooms should always look clean and ready for a prospect tour (unless class is taking place)
Qualifications and Requirements:
Successful completion of corresponding STUDIO certification course (GOLD'S BURN, GOLD'S
FIT, or GOLD'S CYCLE); to be completed upon hiring
Ability to project voice effectively in loud training environment
Ability to lead and demonstrate all given exercises from prescribed programming for given day

Typical Studio Coach earnings range from $25.00 - $50.00 + per class, depending on class type and participation level.
* Non-class hours (including setup, breakdown, administrative or classes with 0 attendees) are paid at the base hourly rate and do not include class rate pay.
Top coaches earn $40.00 - $50.00 per class in addition to their hourly pay.
