You will join a collaborative Design & Development Mechanical Engineering team delivering innovative mechanical solutions for antenna systems and metal space frame (MSF) radome products. In this role, you will contribute across the full product lifecycle-from concept through implementation-applying sound engineering judgment and growing technical expertise to solve complex design challenges. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are critical to driving successful outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
Contribute to detailed mechanical design of assigned devices, components, or systems.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
6+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or product design.
Solid understanding of mechanical engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Creo; experience with simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL) is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials selection, and quality principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and standard engineering software tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred Experience
Experience with structural analysis tools.
