Qualifications

Responsibilities
This role will be heavily active in the field during the construction phase of a project, coordinating with subcontractors and crews, verifying quality of work, answering engineering questions and/or resolving issues that may pop up in real time.
Assist in development of project plan as requested. Specifically, provide support to Project Manager(s) through helping to develop business cases by gathering requirements, building investment decision models, etc.
Collaborate with the Project Manager(s) in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offs.
Prepare and forward submittals. Confirm submittal complies with plans/specs.

About The Role
This pivotal role is designed for someone who is not only adept in mechanical design for large-scale commercial projects but also possesses a proactive, production-focused mindset. While this isn't a direct management position, you'll serve as a vital mentor and lead, providing guidance, sharing your knowledge, and helping to develop the team's capabilities.
What You'll Bring to Emerald
At least 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a significant focus on HVAC production.
Expert proficiency in Revit and CAD is required. You should be comfortable not only with your own work but also with coaching others.
A proven ability to drive project execution and manage timelines effectively.
A genuine commitment to mentoring and developing less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

The Systems Engineering position is a full-time exempt position. The individual will provide expertise in Requirements Development, Architecture/CONOPs, Data Analysis, Software/Systems Integration and Software Trouble Investigations. The Entry-Level Systems Engineer will report directly to the Program Manager.
Responsibilities
Create, develop, and maintain requirements
Support architecture development and CONOPs
Support design and implement new tactical capabilities
Update, maintain, and utilize various simulation tools to support data analysis
Create presentations and reports in support of contract specific requirements
Skills and Competencies
BS degree in Computer Science, or an appropriate Engineering or Scientific discipline
Less than 5 years' experience required

Knowledge of surface and air radar architecture - Naval Combat System Experience and/or CEC
Experience with modeling and simulation of embedded software
