Executive Education is responsible for the development and management of all the school's non-degree program offerings. Executive Education also provides an ideal vehicle for the GSB to experiment with innovation in both content and pedagogy.
The Executive Education programs team seeks an AssociateDirector of Programs. As part of the GSB Executive Education team, you'll serve as the face of Executive Education to internal and external audiences in both open enrollment and custom programs. The position will work closely with both faculty and corporate client partners to create and deliver impactful Executive Education programs for senior corporate executives. You'll help drive the growth of open enrollment programs by leveraging market insights, enrollment trends, competitive analysis, and curriculum innovation to attract highly qualified participants and build dynamic, well-balanced cohorts. This role reports to a Director in GSB Executive Education.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position where the work can be performed with the expectation of being onsite in a hybrid setting of at least 2 days per week. Full-time onsite will be required to support program operations and work is expected outside of the normal 8 am - 5 pm workday.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and operations for multiple high-touch on-campus and blended (on-campus/online) open enrollment and custom programs.
* Independently implement, administer, and evaluate day-to-day activities of the program by identifying and executing tasks and objectives, making recommendations that impact policies and programs, and assigning resources to achieve the goals of the program.
* Support senior Stanford faculty to redesign programs based on corporate client needs, market opportunities, faculty research, and Stanford differentiation.
* Manage and contribute to the development of outreach strategy that may include participant and custom client relationship development and communications.
* May develop and/or oversee budgets; manage finances including monitoring, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting.
* Assess training needs and may develop associated training.

The Cell Therapy Program Manager will oversee the administration and operations of Stanford's innovative Cell Therapy Program, exercising significant autonomy. This role involves coordinating complex clinical trials that feature novel cellular therapies, including CAR-T, regulatory T-cell (Treg), and mixed chimerism protocols. The manager will strategically collaborate with the CIT ProgramDirector to implement complex administrative and programmatic initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Additionally, the Program Manager will serve as the primary representative of the program in high-level meetings with Division Management, the Division Chief, Stanford Health Care, and stakeholders from the Department and School of Medicine.

The Program Manager will manage the development of the Shultz Energy Fellowships, the Schneider Sustainable Energy Fellowships, and the Summer Undergraduate Program on Energy Research (SUPER). **Your Responsibilities will include:**
+ Lead and execute experiential learning programs-including the Shultz Energy Fellowships, Schneider Sustainable Energy Fellowships, and Summer Undergraduate Program on Energy Research (SUPER)-in collaboration with campus partners (e.g., the Bill Lane Center for the American West, Haas Center for Public Service, Stanford in Government, Stanford in Washington) and off-campus organizations (e.g., California Energy Commission, NRDC). These programs currently support approximately 60 undergraduate and graduate students annually, with plans to grow. The Program Manager plays a key role in sustaining and expanding these efforts, including stakeholder engagement and fundraising support.

USC Trojan Event Services (TES) provides a wide array of services and support to enable event sponsors to design, plan, and implement highly impactful and engaging programs and activities for the USC community. The department oversees management of the Ronald Tutor Campus Center (TCC) facility, a multi-purpose complex at the heart of the University Park campus. TCC houses event and meeting venues, common spaces and lounges, numerous Student Life departments focused on student engagement, along with the Admission Center and the Epstein Family Alumni Center. TES also manages USC's signature event venue, Bovard Auditorium, along with scheduling for outdoor event and recreational spaces. The department works closely with student organizations, campus administrative units, and external event sponsors with the goal of supporting programs that enrich the university experience for students, staff, faculty and USC's neighbors.
Supported events range from smaller recurring events like meetings and workshops, to large indoor and outdoor productions including theatrical and music performances, conferences, university ceremonies, and other major events requiring full-scale technical services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise staff and student workers who provide logistical and technical support for TES venues.
Oversee 100 House student staff providing direction of all hiring, training, and professional development activities of the department.
Develop and facilitate onboarding for all TES student workers.
Attend weekly production meetings for TES venues.
Assist the director with all aspects of the departmental budget, including preparation of annual budget proposals, oversight of expense and revenue forecasts, and planning for future needs.
Develop proposals for new and enhanced revenue streams for the department.
Assist the director with extraction and analysis of venue data.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for all GSB Residences programs and guest needs. Represent the GSB Residences in Executive Education planning meetings and oversee the logistics for GSB and Stanford program guest accommodations.
* Lead all aspects of residential accommodations for year-round GSB Executive Education programs, Stanford University conferences, and overnight guests staying at the GSB Residences.

Hire, mentor, and evaluate the performance of five direct reports and summer temporary staff. Identify training needs and create relevant training as needed.
* Manage daily activities, including scheduling and assigning work to staff, leading and guiding workers in completing tasks, and monitoring the progress of work and projects.
* Evaluate, modify, and implement new procedures as needed for guest reservations, guest check-in and check-out, data collection and analysis, reservation software, daily operations, and guest services.
* Conduct room analysis to maximize occupancy and boost overall revenues for the GSB Residences.
* Make modifications to room inventory based on operational needs and seasonality index.

The position will provide nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy to individual student-athletes, teams, and coaches; as well as nutrition focused performance assessment on both an individual and team basis. Additional responsibilities will include oversight and coordination of a student workforce to maintain the central and satellite fueling stations; review, provision and distribution of nutritional supplements to individual student-athletes and teams; as well as coordination of staff/program professional development opportunities. + Provide medical nutrition therapy to individual athletes which may include: Individualized pre and post operative nutrition counseling.
+ Assessment of individual athlete blood chemistries to address vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
