    The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Credential Administrator, a recognized leader in their field, will serve as a key strategic leader in the university's digital identity and access management initiatives, driving the development and implementation of advanced IAM solutions across all departments, including academic, medical, research, and administrative units. They will oversee the creation and maintenance of university IDs for faculty, staff, and students, ensuring the IAM infrastructure supports secure, efficient, and scalable access to critical information systems and resources. They will also play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of badge login solutions to enhance secure authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and identity governance. This role requires high-level collaboration with university leadership and various departments to establish and enforce best practices, leveraging cutting-edge technologies for identity lifecycle management. Additionally, the IAM Senior Credential Administrator will work closely with Security Operations to proactively address and mitigate security incidents related to identity and access, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Providing expert technical leadership and strategic vision, they will mentor the IAM team, guide the resolution of complex issues, and shape policies that enhance the university's security posture. In partnership with the IAM Credential Manager, they will strategically allocate departmental resources to align with the university's overarching goals, ensuring the highest standards of security, efficiency, and compliance.     ***Please note: This is limited appointment The Midwifery Fellowship Program Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and administration of the Black Midwifery Fellowship (BMF) and its associated training programs across multiple clinical and community sites, including the UCSF Women's Options Clinic, ZSFG Women's Options Clinic, ZSFGH Black Centering, ZSFG Birth Center, and ZSFG Obstetrics, Midwifery & Gynecology Clinics. This position applies specialized knowledge in program management, curriculum coordination, community engagement, and regulatory compliance to support a diverse cohort of trainees, including doulas, aspiring midwives, midwifery students, midwifery fellows, and faculty midwives. The Administrator manages all aspects of fellow recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and access provisioning, such as UCSF and ZSFG appointments, badges, and EPIC access. They coordinate complex clinical and educational schedules and track fellow progress in alignment with training goals, milestones, and future accreditation requirements. The role also involves organizing mentorship community, educational activities, including travel, workshops, conferences, and works-in-progress presentations, as well as overseeing stipend payments and ensuring compliance with required training. The Administrator also conducts accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchasing functions for the fellowship such as setting up purchase orders, reviewing invoices, processing expense reports. They coordinate with the division finance team to manage spending and to ensure all activities comply with UCSF and funder policies. In addition to fellowship coordination, the Administrator partners closely with volunteer offices and education programs to coordinate rotations, orientations, and educational experiences for aspiring midwives and midwifery students, facilitating their engagement in Black Centering and abortion clinical training alongside the midwifery fellows. They manage the scheduling, produce orientation materials, and serve as the primary contact for learners during their rotations. The Administrator also supports program evaluation and continuous quality improvement by collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, managing IRB submissions, contributing to grant proposals and reports, and assisting with manuscript preparation and scholarly dissemination. This role serves as the main point of contact and coordinator for visitors, observers, volunteer aspiring midwives, and research assistants affiliated with the BMF program. This includes ensuring compliance with policies and regulations at UCSF and the San Francisco Department of Public Health and providing consultation to faculty and administration regarding the management of these groups.     The UCSF Department of Preventive and Restorative Dental Sciences is seeking a full-time Staff Dentist for predoctoral didactic, preclinical, and clinical learning in restorative dentistry and associated areas. Support of the department's advanced education residency programs may be expected consistent with candidate experience, credentials, and the department mission. Reporting directly to Dr. Knoernschild, the MSP Staff Dentist/clinical administrator oversees that the patients, faculty, staff and students have the support they need while monitoring student academic progress. The incumbent provides up to 8 sessions per week of clinical or simulation laboratory supervision to dental students in the predoctoral curriculum at Parnassus, with final schedule of supervision determined by the Clinical General Dentistry Division Chair. The number of sessions in the in clinic and simulation with the allocation of any administrative time is negotiated with the Division Chair and Department Chair and is directly related to the incumbent's other professional responsibilities and roles. This position works closely with the Program/Course Directors, Clinic Managers and the administrative team that support the patient care operation at the UCSF Dental Center. The Staff Dentist/Clinic Administrator also holds a concomitant academic without salary appointment.     Under the administrative direction of the Hospital Chief of Operations and the co-directors of the transplant institute, the Transplant Associate Administrator is responsible directing, planning, and coordinating strategic initiatives and developing services related of the multi-organ Transplant Institute. The Associate Administrator has overarching authority for administrative operations of the Transplant Institute. Collaborates effectively with Physician leaders within the hospital and within Keck School of Medicine to develop strategic relationships to ensure strong alignment of purpose and mission. Works in partnership with leaders in the organization to develop a collective team spirit while serving as a change agent to both identify opportunities to improve internal operations and processes while promoting ongoing excellence. Assesses market demand and opportunities for expanding services to ensure community need is met for high-end quaternary surgical services with the understanding that every market is different and may require a customized approach. Develops plans to expand the delivery of efficient, quality patient care services for both internal and external customers throughout the network. Essential Duties: Responsible for patient flow, scheduling, patient assessment and action, service to managed care organizations, and coordination of clinical research across the Institute. Provides direction and support for the on-going development of the multi-organ Transplant Institute. In partnership with key transplant stakeholders, hospital administrative teams and physicians, conceives and develops strategy, promotes operational standards, and ensures that transplant services are coordinated across the Institute. In concert with Transplant Institute Co-Directors, leads administrative leadership team headed by a) clinical leader of organ focused teams, b) outreach and regulatory/compliance, and Hospital Leadership Oversees the operating budget for the Institute, including payroll, completion of Medicare time studies, supply and equipment needs. Ensure fiscal soundness of the Institute through collaborative management of fiscal operations, (budget, Medicare Cost Reporting, and managed care contract terms) and leads the strategic business development and Transplant Institute growth. Participates regularly and proactively in the identification and resolution of existing system wide issues as they arise, including but not limited to productivity, resource allocation in clinical settings, capital and operating budget development, establishment of models for management of patient care, implementation and communication of new endeavors and status changes in an academic medical center environment. Responsible for coordinating and ensuring appropriate resources allocation to include but not limited to: FTE's, space, facilities planning, office, IT, administrative, educational, clinical/basic research, and facilities management.
