    We are seeking a detail-oriented Safety Manager to oversee workplace safety, security, and compliance programs. This role is responsible for protecting employees, visitors, and assets while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop and enforce safety and security policies in line with OSHA and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations; implement corrective actions. Manage SDS documentation, chemical labeling, and PPE compliance. Coordinate and deliver training, including new hire orientation and emergency response. Monitor security systems and collaborate with external agencies as needed. Support crisis management and business continuity planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3+ years' experience in safety/security management (industrial or corporate setting preferred). Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, Workers' Compensation, and liability insurance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security systems. Preferred certifications: OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR.
