KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet Guest and takes orders within Andretti guidelines, always exceeding Guests expectations. * Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks. Pour wine and beer quickly, accurately, and without waste. * Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards. * Collect payment for all items purchased and consumed and operate the Point-of-Sale system with ease. * Count cash drawer at the beginning of the shift for accuracy and ensure adequate amount of change is present. * Maintain an organized work area and proactively cleans and resets tables. * Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies, display bottles in an aesthetically pleasing manner. * Properly dispose of broken glassware. * Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations. * Sufficiently handle and accurately count money. * Check identification of any guest consuming alcohol. * Follow all state and company guidelines regarding beverage services. * Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence. * Assist with Guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive Guest experiences. * Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers. * Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned. * Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
