Who are we looking for: State Street's Global Cyber Security organization is seeking an experienced technical manager to lead a team focused on regulatory penetration testing. The Managing Director of Regulatory Penetration Testing will be responsible for coordination and management of the full lifecycle of regulatory penetration testing activities, from initial notification through test design and implementation, as well as follow-on support to stakeholders across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will leverage a deep background in offensive security, threat modeling, and security assurance methodologies to help enhance the firm's resilience against an evolving cyber threat landscape.
What will you be responsible for:
* Strategy and Leadership
* In coordination with senior Global Cyber Security leaders, develop and implement a global strategy for all security testing
* Serve as the primary subject matter expert in global threat-led penetration testing activities, identifying unique requirements across jurisdictions and ensuring successful execution of testing activities
* Lead engagement with internal stakeholders to understand the outputs of threat-led penetration tests within the context of the larger control environment
* Maintain a global view of testing coverage, risk trends, and program maturity, providing strategic recommendations for improvement
* Program Management and Execution
* Manage a team of internal and external subject matter experts and project managers across test design, execution, and follow on testing support to control owners
* Lead testing lifecycle design, including overall scope definition, rules of engagement, and reporting
* Work closely with control owners and business units to understand the results of threat-led penetration testing activities
* Coordinate with Global Cyber Security and lines of defense peers to analyze test results in the context of the global threat landscape and controls environment

As Manager of the Client Implementation Leads you will
* Support the design of the program Milestone planning and sequencing of the phases for the programs in region. Oversee CIL resources with responsibility for driving the creation and management of all implementation plans
* Proactively monitor team progress building the initial plans and ensuring proper procedural signoff occurs. Serve as an escalation point to resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action with the relevant teams to get to a signed off plan
* Monitor team progress against their approved delivery plans. Make decisions and recommendations to the Client Implementation Executive and the Client PMO to manage and ensure the successful delivery of the program plans in region
* Monitor program costs supporting the CIE and engage where needed with the Program Oversight functions to make sure that programs are running to the agreed cost estimates. Escalate conditions that will cause costs to change to the CIE of the respective programs.
* Provide training for CIL team members on details of the Alpha platform so they can engage effectively with program team members to drive Non Standard Solution development against agreed upon timeframes. Ensure CILs are actively reviewing progress with Solution Managers and technical teams to make sure development dates are met. Act as an escalation point for issues raised by the CIL to program CIE as needed. Oversee CIL coordination with testing teams to make sure that developed solutions are testing ready with the required configurations, permissions and documentation.
* Oversee CIL participation driving the appropriate teams to capture business requirements and document Target Operating Models
* Manage CIL engagement with the Client Implementation Executive in managing risk to the program's successful outcome and change control processes
* Ensure the delivery of new capability or services for the program is on time and within budget, in accordance with each specific program plan and program governance arrangements for all programs in region
* Manage CILs to support their respective Client Implementation Executive and Client PMOs in managing both the dependencies, reporting and the interfaces, between the dependent initiatives as part of each program milestone plan
* Manage CILs to ensure they adequately report the progress of the program at regular intervals to the Client Implementation Executive, internal steering and the external steering committee with the support of the Client PMO

Through the contractual negotiation phase oversee all regional CILs to:
* Agree the contract structure and schedules based on the services with the Legal and product owners
* Work with Legal and the product owners to define the business owners and recommending input to Service schedules

What you will be responsible for
As Fund Accounting & Administration, VP you will be responsible for
* Supervising staff (including Associates, Senior Associates, Officers and AVP ).
* Managing client relationships with both client personnel and fund investors.
* Reviewing quarterly and annual financial work paper packages including portfolio schedules, accruals and PCAP allocations.
* Reviewing quarterly annual financial statements and footnotes.
* Review of capital calls and distributions, including notices.
* Reviewing quarterly management fee calculations.
* Review and/or preparation of various client related correspondence.
* Client interaction on a daily basis.
* Coordination of annual audit with accounting firms.
* Review and/or preparation of waterfall and capital account allocations.
* Understand how to navigate through limited partnership agreement.

* Ensure compliance with investment fund legal documents, i.e. partnership agreement.
