Roles and Responsibilities
* Welcome all clients to the design center
* Assist clients with product selections, both in-person and via virtual consultations
* Provide timely and appropriate follow-up with clients after their selections
* Network with and invite architects, designers, and home builders to visit the design center
* Proactively visit architect, designer, and custom home builder offices to bring awareness of our design center showroom as well as accommodate their availability for making stone selections
* Plan and host quarterly events to promote the Design Center to current and potential clients
* Collaborate with Sales by assisting with the selection process and looping them in on qualified opportunities ready to move forward with purchase
* Track all client activity and collaborate with Sales in our CRM
* Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of Design Center, including opening and closing duties
* Use design center social media accounts to promote the Buechel brand and generate interest in the design center.
* Follow Buechel Stone's Client Interaction Process to ensure all customers are delighted
* Provide territory support by assisting with inbound inquiries in need of stone selection assistance
* Work on special projects as needed

What You'll Do
We are looking for a talented and creative Retail Designer who will provide design and creative solutions for our Wilson-branded retail environments. The Retail Designer works in a fast-paced, dynamic, creative environment with the ability to multi-task and project manage their own work as well as our external agencies' brand creative input. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work and experience in retail design and a passion for adding texture and storytelling depth within our retail environments. Collaborate with our architecture, fabrication/construction, and retail agency partners to design a variety of brand environments intended to bring the Wilson brand story to life in an efficient but aspirational way.

What We're Looking For
This role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in retail design or a related area plus 3-5 years of strong work experience in an agency, design firm, or corporate in-house design team.
Other qualifications include:
InteriorDesign experience greatly preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Retail Design, Store Planning, Architecture or equivalent required.
Must have 3D Modeling and Rendering experience and skills using tools such as SketchUp or AutoCAD.

Jockey is seeking an Assistant Designer, Men's Apparel to join our Design team!
JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Designer, Men's Apparel, acts as vital support to the Design team and plays an integral role in the design process. This position will assist in developing seasonal collections that drive growth and adhere to the brand's DNA.
This position can be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Assist in creating and editing set-up of garment styles/tech packs and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the PLM system, under direction of Design lead.
* Enhance garments seasonally by adding color to garments in line sheets and their BOMs in PLM systems.
* Support the Design team in daily tasks.
* Assist the Design team in compiling, organizing and preparing presentation materials for meetings.
* Support the designers by updating tasks in the PLM system.
* Organize, label, ship and maintain design garment samples, ensuring their availability for meetings. Steam or press garments for presentation as needed.
* Ensure that all support tasks are completed according to critical path calendar dates.
* Attend various department support meetings and product fittings, actively contributing to the design process.
* Support the Design team by conducting market research, staying updated on industry trends and assisting with creating comp-shop reports with direction from Design lead.
* Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support processes, build relationships and drive business growth.
* Assist in creating and updating seasonal roadmaps and communicating color changes to cross-functional teams.
* Manage multiple seasons simultaneously and effectively prioritize workloads based on calendars and seasonal timelines.
* Assist with the creation of kits for artwork, the set-up of artwork in the PLM system and the gathering of feedback for strike-off approvals.
* Assist in setting up and creating supporting materials for accounts and internal presentations, showcasing the brand's vision.
* Assist in organization and upkeep of seasonal submits as well as fabric and trim library.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 1-2 years of design experience, preferably in men's apparel.
* Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
* Comprehensive understanding of the design process.
* Solid understanding of fabrics, trims and garment construction.
* Ability to illustrate and flat sketch to effectively communicate design concepts.
* Exposure to developing presentation boards.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to effectively handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Ability to take initiative and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
* Proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator.
