Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-LanguagePathologist to join our school-based therapy team.
In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to help students succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
* Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and classroom support as needed.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
* Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
* Document student progress and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Active SLP license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates welcome!
* School-based or pediatric experience preferred, not required.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
* Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.

The SpeechLanguagePathologist is responsible for patient evaluations, care planning, directing, and administering Occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. The ST administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. The ST assists patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. The SpeechLanguagePathologist ensures patient charges are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-LanguagePathologist to join our school-based therapy team.
In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to help students succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and classroom support as needed.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.

Qualifications
