    Material Handler - (Swing Shift) Lynden Door 2077 Main Street, Lynden, WA 98264 Full-time | Monday Friday | 3:30 PM 12:30 AM | Overtime as needed At Lynden Door, we are a people-focused company that takes pride in delivering world-class quality, value, service, and innovation. We are looking to add a Material Handler to our Warehouse Receiving Team. If you have at least one year of safe forklift operation in an industrial, farm, or similar environment we d love to hear from you! What You ll Do: Unload and stage inbound material for inspection Document and report any inbound material damage Support inspection and receiving tasks as needed Collect and sort small packages for designated receiving areas Put materials away in designated stocking locations Complete spot checks and cycle counts of inventory Fulfill pick-to-ship and cutback material requests Help organize and improve warehouse layout Use FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to rotate products Always follow safety practices and Lynden Door safety policies Perform additional duties as assigned What We re Looking For: Motivated problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment Confident operator with strong attention to safety Able to read and follow instructions effectively Organized and self-directed with a positive attitude Prior forklift operation experience (industrial, farm, or similar) Compensation & Benefits: - Wage: $22.25 and up - based on experience (Includes a $1.75 Shift Shift Premium) - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions - 401(k) with company profit-sharing (401k eligible after 90 days; profit share after 1 year) - 8 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days) - Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrues at 2 weeks/year to start (eligible after 90 days) - Career development and advancement opportunities Why Join Lynden Door?
