Assist and educate members on the safe and correct use of cardio and weight training equipment

Ensure fitness rooms are stocked and clean (wipes, tissues, towels, etc.)
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of gym equipment and supports opening/closing duties
Customer Service and Member Relations:
Greet members and guests with a warm welcome and answers facility-related questions
Respond to member feedback and issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating when necessary
Provide tours of the fitness facilities to new or prospective members
Assist members with using the club app to sign up for group exercise classes and navigate other services
Sales and Personal Training:

Process payment transactions for personal training sessions and updates the list of active clients monthly

Fitness Program Development & Support:

Administrative and Operational Support:

About Woodhouse Spa: As a Spa Concierge, you are the first and last impression for each guest who enters the spa, making you a critical team member in delivering service that exceeds expectations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest's experience is memorable and enjoyable from start to finish. Primary Responsibilities: • Being a steward of the Woodhouse brand. • Serves as primary support for the spa's manager, therapists, and guests. • Ensures that every guest has a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience. • Answers incoming calls and listens to our guests' needs to schedule appointments or provide service recommendations and collect payment for services. • Partners with the therapists to increase their guest retention and retail sales by scheduling the guest's next appointment during checkout and promoting the recommended products. • Educates guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities and helping them to have a seamless experience. • Drives service and retail sales/awareness by educating guests on products and services. • Remembers the small details that make Woodhouse Spa special - guest's favorite drink, a warm neck wrap, and/or personal information like birthdays and anniversaries. • Must be able to work weekends and most holidays. • Must comply with all company policies and procedures. Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position. Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests. Must have the flexibility to work Sundays. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years old to adhere to our liquor license.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism. • Comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting. • Leadership experience in a similar role or front-office operations. • Comfortable with driving company sales goals and initiatives. • Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, and verbal). • Computer proficiency a must.• Previous customer service and telephone reservations experience. • Basic accounting skills (for daily transactions and closing procedures).
Availability:
• Hiring for a hybrid role of Spa Concierge & Spa Attendant. Approximately 25 hours per week.
• Must have weekend availability and flexibility (Woodhouse policy- no exceptions). • Must be able to work most holidays (our busiest days of the year). In this position, you will: • Be a steward of the Woodhouse brand and Woodhouse standards. • Offer customized massage services and luxurious body treatments. • Have access to a clean, orderly, and sanitized environment.
• Provide your own all-black, professional work attire and shoes. Physical Demands: • Ability to stand and bend over for extended periods. • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• 8000 square foot spa that is two stories. Ability to move between the two floors using the staircase consistently throughout one's shift is required.
• Extensive amount of walking, hauling, and stairs.
