Design, build, and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions, track impact on forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and revenue lift. Deliver self-service dashboards and advanced analytics to sales leadership, marketing, and finance to drive business performance. Integrate systems by leading onboarding of inbound/outbound data feeds (ERP and non-ERP) and defining master data processes for core tables and transaction logic. Automate and optimize analytics and reporting workflows, leading process for new data feeds that power key processes. Communicate insights through clear narratives and visuals, present recommendations, influence decisions, and track outcomes against agreed KPIs. Lead and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts, set goals, provide coaching, and build career paths. What you will need Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8 years of related experience in data analytics, data science, or closely aligned roles.
