What You Need to Succeed Academic Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, pursuing a major in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline. Graduation Date: Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. Technical Proficiency (Automation): Demonstrated experience or coursework in process automation, including proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or VBA for Excel automation). Technical Proficiency (Excel Modeling): Proven ability to design and build robust, complex financial or data models in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for modeling and automation. Understanding of financial concepts, pricing models, or subscription-based business models (SaaS). Interns within their 2nd/final year in a social work or counseling masters program. Prior clinical experience. Experience with populations suffering from obsessive-compulsive, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Cognitive behavioral therapy and/or dialectical behavior therapy experience.
