Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needs
Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation
Ensures security of company assets

Job Summary
Columbus State University s Professional Development Lab School at Dimon Magnet Academy (DMA) is seeking committed, enthusiastic Columbus State University students, who are eligible for the federally funded work study program, to serve as after-school tutors in the areas of literacy and mathematics and supportive mentors for Dimon s students. Responsibilities
* Build positive relationships with students to encourage academic confidence and engagement;

* Provide small-group and/or one-on-one tutoring in literacy and/or mathematics (dependent on individual student s needs);
* Facilitate hands-on, interactive activities that reinforce classroom learning;
* Track student progress and collaborate with the Professional Development Lab School staff to align support strategies;
* Support a safe and structured after-school learning environment;
* Assist with preparation of learning materials and enrichment resources;

Required Qualifications

• Ensure Parent Training is in accordance with Performance Standards.
• Monitor Parent Engagement at the Center level.
• Assure that Parent Engagement activities are being met by implementing the monitoring process.
• Work collaboratively with Center Managers and Parents to ensure Parent Funds are used for Parent Activities in accordance with Performance Standards.
• Assist in the training of the Policy Council.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Parent, Family, and Family Engagement Manager.
Personal/Professional Development
• Serve as an advocate for Enrichment Services Program, Inc. Head Start.
• Attend training and conferences as required to perform job duties.
• Attend and participate in service delivery staff meetings.

• Responsible for soliciting In-kind.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education- Completion of a bachelor's degree in social services or related field.
Experience-Minimum of three years volunteer or work experience with children and low-income families required. Volunteer or work experience in a childcare setting or in a community, public or private social service agency preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Basic Knowledge of the Head Start Performance Standards. Must be skilled in planning and organizing; working collaboratively and cooperatively with community organizations and individuals from a variety of backgrounds; sound judgment, excellent oral and written communication required.

Nature of Duties: The mentor will work with Literacy Alliance adult learners to build confidence, a positive attitude about learning, and help learners improve basic reading, writing, math, and/or computer skills.
Duties include the following:
Meet with adult learner 1-2 times weekly at the Literacy Alliance building for sessions on topics based on the needs and goals of the learner.
To remain in good standing, tutors must commit to working regular hours and check-ins twice a month
Track learner participation by submitting volunteer hours worked and session notes
Communicate regularly with the literacy instructor in support of learner's continued growth
Office work/support can be offered at mentors' discretion
Minimum Qualifications:
Be enrolled as a student at Columbus Technical College
Completed a FAFSA and be identified as being eligible for federal aid

Employment Policy:
Columbus Technical College seeks an individual to serve as an adjunct clinical instructor in our Associate Degree Nursing program. This position will also require evaluating student progress in attaining goals and objectives, attending staff development training, workshops, seminars, and conferences, and ensuring all safety and security requirements are met in training labs. Additional Duties include maintaining program certification requirements, preparing and maintaining all required documentation and administrative reports, attending staff development training and workshops, and completing mandatory staff development training. This is a part-time/exempt position.
Note: This position requires physical ability to move about and/or stand for long periods of time along with the ability to safely lift up to 50lbs, bending, stooping, and reaching without limitations.

Responsibilities:
