Oversee junior mentor student engagements and maintain an orderly, respectful, and safe learning environment at all times Implement, support, and administer infrastructure systems (i.e. web services, databases, messaging services, etc) Build, repair, setup, and maintain various computer systems Design, code, implement, and debug computer programs Assist in the collection, processing, and tracking of donated systems (i.e. scrubbing computer data and compliance) Organize, track, secure, and maintain business assets and work areas Coordinate training efforts with international partner organizations and peers Lead and/or assist junior mentors in the presentation of curriculum Assess and report strengths and weaknesses of training sessions QUALIFICATIONS: Access to dependable transportation Communicate clear and effectively Ability to work both independently and within a team setting Be able to pass a comprehensive background check (to work with minors) Ability to work with emotionally/mentally challenged youth and adults in a patient, supportive, nonhostile, and constructive manner Flexible work schedule To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
