General Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Required)

Minimum of 1 year experience implementing ABA therapy objectives
Minimum of 1 year working directly with young children (ages 0-6) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays

Job Description
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and eager-to-learn ABA-NDBI Therapist who is passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play! The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism and be ready to join our growing team in providing each child and family with the highest quality and most effective care available. General Responsibilities
The ABA-NDBI Therapist will be responsible for working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement developmental behavioral intervention utilizing ABA Therapy
Implement direct ABA-NDBI therapy with child and family to address individualized, child-centered goals in childs natural environment setting, home/preschool
Implement treatment plans and goals as developed by BCBA
Support and model NDBI strategies and therapy techniques to caregivers/teachers during childs everyday routines
Collect and organize appropriate data and make data-based decisions
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Required)
Master's Degree or currently pursuing Masters Degree in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Preferred)
Minimum of 1 year experience implementing ABA therapy objectives
Minimum of 1 year working directly with young children (ages 0-6) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays
Experience working with toddlers at risk or diagnosed with Autism or other developmental delay is a plus
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Passion to implement high quality, effective intervention with toddlers and preschool-age children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental delay
