Job Summary The Community Leader (CL) is a Gordon State College undergraduate student who serves as a member of the Housing and Residence Life team and is directly supervised by a Resident Director (RD). This position requires the CL to assess and meet the needs of approximately 18 - 30 residents (based on location) through his/her daily interactions with them. The CL job responsibilities and department expectations are divided into four major areas with each having equal value to job performance. As an employee of Gordon State College, the CL is expected to abide by and uphold the Gordon State College Student Code of Conduct, Guide to Highlander Living, Housing and Residence Life policies and procedures, and civil law.
