About the Role Were looking for a Superintendent that will lead, direct, and coordinate the overall site management of a Heavy Civil Construction project. The Supt works in cooperation with the Project Management Team (PMT) to execute and implement the total scope of services as defined in the project contract documents, and to achieve project completion and profit objectives. This role provides strong field leadership, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and drives efficient execution of project operations. Field Operations and Safety Oversight and management of all field personnel, working through and with assigned Foreman and field personnel. Through partnership with the Field Safety Team, the Superintendent has full authority and responsibility for the management of the worksite safety program. With the Project Team, the Supt assists in efficiently identifying, correcting, and reporting unsafe behavior or hazardous conditions for full project worker safe operations. Ensure startup meetings are facilitated effectively before each scope of work with RNGD crews and Subcontractors to facilitate efficient operations and coordination between all parties to attain optimal performance. Lead the implementation and compliance of quality control plans. Ensure the efficiency, quality, and safe operations of all jobsite activities and timely turnover of facilities to the owner. Documentation and Reporting Log, track, and process required project documentation, including daily logs, daily progress photos, work plans, safety inspection lists, JSAs, competent person forms, risk management plans, execution checklists, OneCall Notices, and inspection reports. Analyze reports on project performance and adjust strategies as needed. Report on progress toward stated performance targets and KPIs. Team Development and Client Management Coach, develop, and retain a high-performance project team. Uphold brand standards and reinforce the companys core values and manifesto, leading by example. Proactively manage client, employee, and subcontractor experiences to ensure satisfaction. Actively participate in industry associations to represent and promote the company. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Contact and communicate directly with clients on scaffold projects. * Leader of the Scaffold team reporting to the Danos Scaffold Operations Managers or Scaffold Project Manager. * Performs on-site supervision and preparation of documentation i.e. sign-offs, work authorizations, pickup tickets, JSEA, and safety plans. * Supervisors will be required to work "on their tools" as needed by the Scaffold Operations Manager or Scaffold Project Manager. * Maintain and manage site scaffold material inventories on projects. * Coordinating timely material deliveries and returns for scaffolding operations. * Perform other duties assigned by Scaffold Operations Manager or Scaffold Project Manager. * Supervises and assists in the erecting and dismantling of all forms of access including but not limited to: System Scaffold (i.e. Pinlock) and Tube and Clamp scaffolding. * Complete daily scaffold inspections (Competent Person), material inspections, and minor maintenance to ensure equipment is in proper working condition. * Climb and work in high places that may exceed 200' in height, restricted spaces in places hanging over water (Offshore Personnel) and in confined spaces. * Conduct behavioral based safety observations. * Assist construction personnel with various projects including but not limited to: * Rig equipment loads and complete various construction projects. * Assist in the assembly of pipe spools, by bolt up flange connections. * Assist crane operator with equipment and material movement on the platform. * Coordinate crane activity for transport of material to work site with ability to properly rig equipment such as slings and cables. * ssist welders and fitters with assembly of pipe & pipe fittings. * Climb and work in high places that may exceed 200' in height, and in restricted spaces. * Firewatch. Commercial Project Superintendents are responsible for the overall work performance of all crews and craft discipline workers on a job site. Oversees commercial Craft disciplines in Electrical and Instrumentation (cable tray, wire pulls, terminations, etc.) or for other Craft required as specified for the project or client needs.
