The MEP Superintendent is responsible for the overall field planning, coordination, and supervision of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes of work. The primary goal is to ensure that all MEP systems are installed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, in accordance with the contract documents and project specifications. They are looking for a key on site leader responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality execution of ground-up, multi-story, and/or conversion self-storage construction projects across Florida and the Southeast region. Key Duties: Serve as the GC's primary representative on the job site, overseeing all daily construction activities for self-storage facilities (e.g., tilt-wall, metal-frame, multi-story buildings). Develop, maintain, and drive the 3-week look-ahead schedule. Coordinate all trades, deliveries, and inspections to ensure project milestones are met on time and within the original schedule. Direct, supervise, and coordinate all subcontractor activities. Lead weekly subcontractor meetings, manage conflict resolution, and ensure adherence to scope of work, quality standards, and schedule commitments.
