Job Responsibilities: Responsible for equipment concept, quoting, design, debugging, and production. Robotic programming to optimize production efficiency. Provide technical support and training to the operations team, tooling department, maintenance department, and outside vendor sources. Troubleshoots problems with processes and hardware. Provide and maintain new equipment component standards. Work with programmable controllers, robots, and CNC equipment. Experience with Allen Bradley controls and software. RS Logix 500 and Studio 5000 preferred. Familiar with ANSI and OSHA safety standards related to robotic or mechanical equipment and has ability to implement standards into mechanical designs. Intermediate or better experience utilizing mechanical design software. Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks preferred but not required.
