Novilla RNG is a nationwide developer of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) projects at dairies across the continent. Our mission is providing a sustainable and beneficial path for North American agriculture to reduce their greenhouse gas footprint and create a reliable income stream. Our process digests cow manure, creating biogas that is purified into pipeline quality renewable natural gas that can be used in a variety of ways. The digestion of the manure mitigates the amount of greenhouse gases emitted from dairy lagoons. Novilla RNG is rapidly expanding with 5 projects in operation and two new construction projects in South Dakota with December 2026 COD goals. General Summary The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for sourcing, bidding, procurement, and vendor management in support of Novilla RNG's dairy RNG projects. This role plays a critical part in controlling project costs, ensuring material availability, and supporting construction schedules through effective purchasing, supplier relationships, and purchase order management. The Supply Chain Manager works closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Management, and Finance teams to manage competitive bidding, issue and track purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain visibility into procurement status across multiple active projects. Principal Duties and Responsibilities This role includes direct supervision of one supply chain team member and works closely with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Finance departments to support both new construction projects and existing operating RNG facilities. Support existing operating RNG plants through ongoing procurement, vendor coordination, and material sourcing in collaboration with the Operations team. Lead competitive bidding processes for equipment, materials, and services in coordination with Engineering and Construction teams. STUDENT PROGRAM FORMAT This student program will follow a hybrid/in-person model. Students will be based at the Detroit Terminal in Detroit, Michigan and are expected to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Students are expected to work 24 hours per week, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Candidates who are selected for the program will work with their manager to determine a consistent weekly work schedule where candidates fulfill the 24-hour requirement, while balancing their class schedule. During the summer months, student employees may potentially work 40 hours per week. This determination will be at management's discretion. Supply Chain Management -FCAT students will experience comprehensive projects while working within one of the following organizations: * Demand Planning: This organization is responsible for retail forecasting, vehicle inventory analysis, reporting, validation, and order allocation. * Supply: This organization aligns demand plans with production capacities to develop an optimal vehicle production plan. They are responsible for slotting, scheduling and sequencing orders within our manufacturing facilities as well as order execution, releasing, production programming and capacity sizing. In addition, this organization works to resolve production and supplier constraints, material requirement variances, expedite/crisis management and critical part resolution. * Transportation: This organization manages parts and vehicle transportation networks and cost management, as well as operating an internal trucking company. This organization also manages inter-regional flow and customs activity by facilitating the inbound and outbound transportation of parts and material between the global regions. * Transformation Projects: This organization serves as the single point of contact for coordination and ownership of all supply related activities for new program launches as well as creating main supply chain assumptions and ensuring cross-functional areas are aligned. They also manage vehicle specification, components and options and supplier development and system integrations. * Global Supplier Delivery Crisis Management: This organization works to resolve critical part constraints by working with suppliers to develop production and supply plans. Selected candidates will gain industry experience, interface with all levels within our supply chain department and apply their coursework to drive results.
