The Technical Supply Chain Jr. Analyst will act as part of the Professional Support Staff performing work onsite at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia. The Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Interacting with customers in a friendly and productive manner. Identifying and analyzing issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivity. Developing and reviewing logistics planning and programming documentation. Identifying non-standard and/or emerging operational requirement Analyzing problems created by the incompatibility of future programs and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Gathering and consolidating appropriate data according to prescribed time frames. Participation in various meetings and serving on panels or committees. Preparation and presentation of clear, concise, and well-structured briefings that address the designated issues. Researching and analyzing data for current and future workload costs. Gathering data for lean initiatives or process improvements. Conducting analysis and preparing reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefing charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Capable of observing, documenting, and mapping business processes. Ensures the completion of departmental zoning and adherence to department, store and Company standards. Responsible for supervising the execution of various assignments as delegated by the Store Director in Playbook. Actively participates in floor walks with Regional Vice President, District Manager, and Store Director and creates an implementation plan to make changes based on feedback provided in store walks. Audits firearm sales in compliance with federal and state law, including properly completing ATF Form 4473 and conducting background checks, and signs off as final approver. Required to complete Firearms Sales Certification training. Required to complete Power Industrial Truck Certification training. Successful completion of Academy Leadership University. Provides supervisory oversight to the team member talent lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, developing and coaching team members. Required to learn, understand and enforce company policies, procedures and safety rules. Adheres to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules applicable to management-level employees.
